By far the worst experience I've had at this location. My first visit was wonderful. My husband and I shared a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and my pumpkin brown sugar latte was perfect.
A few weeks later my husband went back and ordered a toasted bagel, but it wasn't toasted at all. When he asked if they could toast it, they refused and instead offered a card for a free bagel with shmear on another visit. After that experience, he said he would never go back.
Unfortunately, my experience on 3/9/26 was even worse. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and a pumpkin oatmilk latte and paid about $15. When I started eating the bagel it was extremely hard and basically inedible.
I asked the manager on duty, Casey, if it could be remade or if there was any other accommodation. She refused and only offered a card for a free bagel with shmear on a future visit.
As someone who is also a manager, I found the lack of customer service very disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters.
About six minutes after closing, the manager on duty, Casey, came out to the parking lot and shouted at me in my vehicle that the business was closed and I needed to leave the property immediately. The way it was done felt very aggressive and intimidating, especially since I was simply sitting in my car and she had no idea why I was there.
The way this situation was handled by the manager on duty was extremely unprofessional. I hope ownership reviews this incident and addresses the level of customer service being provided.
I will be contacting the business directly to speak with the manager, Michael, regarding this experience. read more
