Ginger carrot soup, couscous salad, biscuit & sangria
    Carrie P.

Sweet, small restaurant in downtown Jensen Beach. Love the homey interior and decor. Whoever designed it did a great job of creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I tried the sangria and it was outstanding. Our party of 5 enjoyed a variety of soups. Biscuits were slightly dry but perfect for dunking; a flaky biscuit would fall apart. I loved my ginger carrot soup. The seasoning was somehow soothing and exciting at the same time. The side of couscous salad was incredibly tasty. Chicken & dumpling noodle soup was lacking salt in our opinion. That was our only criticism and we left with bellies warm and full. They also offer gazpacho and I'm assuming that they provide other cold soups in summer months. I wish much success to this cafe, and hope to return next time I'm visiting town again.

Potato soup, chicken and dumpling soup and tomatoes-basil soup, plus biscuit. Nice presentation!

What a nice place. We were treated promptly and like we were long lost friends. The atmosphere was very pleasant, deceiving from the outside. The food--was fabulous. I had a flight of three soups because they all sounded enjoyable. My son had another flavor. All four were most enjoyable, though the ginger-carrot and tomato-Basil were out of this world delicious. Each came with croutons and a cheddar buttermilk biscuit-- also very enjoyable. We plan to return frequently. We enjoy good food, and they delivered, and we like doing business with good people, check!

Soup flight. Carrot ginger( my favorite of the three) tomato basil and loaded potato.

Delicious soups. And yummy biscuit. Sat outside and were served by an adorable young lady. Cute cafe. Very clean. Looking forward to trying their salads and sliders.

Butternut Squash Soup, couscous salad, coffee--and the orchid!

Very warm and friendly ambience. Not too big and noisy, it's tucked ina little u shaped plaza off Jensen Beach Blvd. Our server was selling us in the Chefs platter which we will try next time. Leslie was our server and she was terrific! She did a great job of explaining everything. The chef, Laurie came out to talk to us about the menu as well. We started with the fried artichokes and baba ganush.. amazing and the pita was wonderful as well. My husband had the branzino which he said was excellent. I had the falafel wrap which was one of the best ever. My friend had the the grilled octopus and another friend had the Ikender (?) which was a lamb dish. Everyone was very full and satisfied. The dessert ls looked incredible as well. Will have to save room next time. The warmth , family style and food will bring us back here soon.

The area isn't the nicest, but once you step inside, you completely forget about it. The place is very clean, cozy, and simple. The staff is attentive and friendly. You can tell the coffee is good quality, and the pastries are made in-house -- which is a big plus, since you can actually see the kitchen equipment and how clean everything is. The croissants are huge; we tried the chocolate one -- delicious dough and plenty of filling. The strawberry cheese Danish was another great choice. The chocolate ganache and raspberry tartlet didn't quite convince me, though. At the table next to us, they ordered some sandwiches (very large, by the way) and a soup or stew that, when they lifted the lid, filled the place with an incredible aroma... very tempting. It's definitely on my list to return. Next time, it'll be for lunch. By the way, they have a very interesting menu with Hungarian options, some elevated American variations, and several Italian dishes.

While they're open for dinner, the market part does close earlier (around 5pm). Their market has many items and they carry stone crabs during season also! The place is older inside, but in a good way that adds to their charm! The place is clean, service is efficient and friendly, and the food is delicious. They do only serve beer and wine, and there tends to be a wait during peak hours. Parking is super easy in their lot. Let's start with one of their main attractions... Scampi! They have the best shrimp "scampi" - this is a dish of just shrimp (no pasta!!), served with an addictive white wine, garlic, lemon sauce and crusty bread for dipping. We always get this appetizer! I love their fresh catch options - usually at least 5-6 varieties of fish to choose from! Get it your way, grilled/blackened/fried/with sauce preparations, etc.! The meal comes with two sides and always hits the mark. I love to pick from the different preparation options! Their lobster bisque is dangerously good and they serve Sherry on the side which we love to add into our bisque! Their hush puppies are insanely good - they have no business being that delicious! We'll be back to this local gem for more seafood soon!

We had not had the chance to have a Thai meal in Miami yet, so this was a mutual top choice. It was only about 3 blocks from the Art Deco Welcome Center, so we made the short walk there. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 full when we arrived (this was on a Thursday). We got a seat right away. The waiter was somewhat chatty in a helpful way. He at one point did note that all the area restaurants, including this one, tended to add an 18 - 20% 'service fee' to the meal, before any optional tip. I was at least glad that they acknowledged this here. My wife opted for a vegetable dish and I got Panang curry. The food was tasty and fresh. I might have had a bit leftover, but I was hungry after a light breakfast. My wife did have some extra, which we took with us. Prices were a bit higher here, but in line with what you see throughout Miami Beach (from what I could tell). This is perfectly fine option for Thai food in South Beach.
