I don't mind paying, but also turning the temp down or not cleaning the screens and the airflow is less, is too much. Reading these other reviews I notice that recent negative ones (except for the complaint about restroom access) are all from people without any other reviews on Yelp. Previous ownership of this location always had good employees. Maybe that is no longer true, I can't say, but when I see a new reviewer saying someone should be fired, I think it's something else and not a legit review.

I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.
