She walked me through the process before scheduling me. From start to finish, he made the entire carpet cleaning process an absolute breeze. Jorge was on time, efficient, professional, and incredibly thorough. He even let me know as soon as he was on his way, which I really appreciated. Once he arrived, he took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain everything in detail. He also told me about the pet treatment and carpet protectant options, and after he explained the benefits, I definitely decided to add those services! The attention to detail was incredible, and the difference in my carpets is AMAZING. They look and feel brand new! I honestly didn't realize how much of a difference a professional cleaning could make until I saw the finished result. It's so refreshing to have a technician who is knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Jorge went above and beyond, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. SoCal Steam Clean has officially earned a customer for life and will absolutely be my go-to carpet cleaning company from now on. I will also be recommending them to family and friends! On the day of my appointment, Taro provided an estimated arrival time and arrived right around the timeframe I had requested. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through the entire process. He listened to my concerns about the mess my dogs had made of our living room carpet and made sure I knew that all of the products being used were safe for my dogs. Taro used an enzyme cleaner to help eliminate the unwanted odors, and I could not be happier with the results! My carpet looks brand new, and there are absolutely no lingering odors. Taro did an exceptional job! I will definitely be using SoCal Steam Clean Inc. for all of my future carpet cleanings. Highly recommend!

But if you are trying to find exceptional service that goes well beyond the asking price, or just like me, making the last attempt to rescue the carpet that has been ignored unfairly for quite some time, Jeff is your right person. I paid my last carpet cleaning service person $210. He spent about one hour on the job and told me that's the best he could do. The carpet was simply too old and too worn. I accepted the explanation and even tipped him $20 because it looked like he did try his best. Jeff charged me $350 for the cleaning of the same carpet, now just more worn and more stained. However, instead of one hour, Jeff spent more than three hours on the same carpet! After he was done, I couldn't even believe my eyes. Jeff brought my carpet back to its younger days, way much younger. I am never going to use any other carpet cleaning service as long as I still live in San Diego, just Jeff and his Powerhouse Carpet Cleaning.

However, the trade off can't with the agreement that we give the couches a deep cleaning. With kids, who knows the things that could possibly be living in there! We initially reached out to a well-known carpet cleaning company. Unfortunately, it didn't work out since we didn't have a hose connection on or property and they didn't have the portable cleaning machine. Womp womp. I did a good ol' Yelp search and created a project for my couch cleaning needs. John was the first to reach back out with a quote and was super responsive! I like to move quickly especially with getting these couches cleaned. I did a pre-clean myself and it was intense so John had his work cut out for him. The first pass through made more of the dirt come out...scary! But he was honest and said if it still was there after it dried, he'd come back and clean it. It smelled great, but it was still a bit stained. John was kind enough to come back and do another pass for no additional charge! Second time's a charm! He did a great job and honestly, it was John's customer service and honesty that sold me! I am glad I can support a small local business, and with kids, I will definitely be using his services again in the future!

He was very helpful and provided an estimate based on the items discussed. I think his pricing is more than fair given the level of expertise and service he provides. Victor is definitely a master cleaner who should be your go to for any carpet or upholstery. Day of service, Victor arrived on time. One thing to note is he was in a uniform, tucked in and clean looking. He is very well spoken and takes the time to listen to our perspective of what we need. He then explained his process in detail and even showed us results in real time as he was cleaning. He also provided some best practices on how to best clean the chairs and rugs between professional cleaning. Not gonna lie, the rug was dirty, but the chairs were filthy. We had gotten them on offer up and the people we got them from had a lot of pets. We were cautiously optimistic that they could be cleaned. At best, I assumed that only some of the spots would be removed. Well Victor proved us wrong! He more than exceeded my expectation on the chairs and the rug looks like new. Thank you again for the amazing service!

Shane and Bryan provide a service that is 100% worth every penny. The couch that I had them clean was dingy and had some dog hair and areas that you could tell needed cleaning. I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned.
