This is a special review b/c Steven and his company didn't actually work on our place. Our apartment has carpet in the living room and bedroom. Allergies have been seriously affecting us since last fall. We tried everything, knocking off one culprit at a time; my wife and I even went to allergists. Finally, we zeroed in on the carpet. We researched how carpets left uncleaned professionally for a long time can aggravate folks with allergies. I called Steven based on his reviews. This is what followed: he picked up his phone after 2 rings, he came over within 30 mins, basically broke down the situation for us, giving us like a master class in allergens, carpets and couches and explained that he had serious allergies when he was younger and learned overtime that a thorough carpet cleaning could have saved him. Wasn't a sales pitch, this work he does is his passion, his mission and we felt it. Turns out he doesn't do portables so he couldn't work on our apartment but gave us an awesome recommendation for a fellow professional colleague of his who did a great job for us! Wanted to write a review here b/c this gentleman really cares about what he does and is ultra-knowledgeable. Came off as a real professional! read more

I am a mother of 6 girls and a grandmother of 4 with beige couches; do I need to say more? My couches get dirty with so many little hands running through them and zippy cups left unattended. I had gotten my couches cleaned before by another carpet cleaning business (which will stay anonymous) for less money but terrible quality. I guess that's where the quote "you get what you pay for" comes from. I had received a flyer from World Class Carpet Cleaning and decided to give them a try. Their ad got my attention "Don't Replace Your Carpet, Replace Your Carpet Cleaner" and from my last experience I needed to replace the last one who did my couches. Steven took my call and was awesome. He was on time and very professional. He didn't try to upsell me but he did suggest I purchase the protector since I do have 4 grandchildren. If you have children or pets I recommend it, it's worth it! When he was done cleaning them my couches looked like new and smelled great!! I don't think I will be replacing this carpet cleaner :) read more

First used World Class about a month ago to clean my 2 bedroom apartment at the beach when moving out. Victor and Steven were awesome to work with. VERY professional and efficient! In our new house, we have had the carpets cleaned twice and the tile floors treated twice by another company on Yelp and we were still not satisfied. We had 3 rooms with carpet that had stains. One with multiple wine stains and previous cat urine stains. I called Victor to see if they could come out within the next few days, he said they could come out this afternoon. Not only did they do a fabulous job on the carpets, Victor looked at our tile and grout and explained how it may have been treated in the past and how they can make it look new again as we had been hoping for. We plan on having them now do out grout and tile throughout the house. I highly recommend using them, really nice guys with great work ethic!!!!! read more

It was time to clean the carpets. It had been too long and with two dogs in the house, we missed the freshness. I looked through Yelp and found World Class Carpet Cleaning. I had appointments for the dogs to spend the day getting groomed and a comprehensive exam. So I called WCCC to see if I could schedule the cleaning that same day. I was calling three weeks in advance so they had a time available. The two gentlemen that arrived were on time and very professional. I asked if they could clean a couch and a love seat on which the dogs sleep and they said no problem. They quoted me a price that I thought was very reasonable and they got to work. They were done with the couches and the whole house in about an hour and a half. They took my debit card for payment and were out the door. I couldn't have asked for better service or better results. I will definitely use their services again! read more

I really like Steven! He cleaned my carpet last week and it was the first time in two years. I was amazed how fast it dried and he did a very good job on some problem areas that had been stained. The estimate he provided over the phone was the same at the end of the job. He gave me lots of tips on how to keep my carpet looking its best and recommended I get it cleaned annually. I agree now that I have seen the result! My carpet was new when I bought the house and I know they used the cheapest possible carpet that looked half way decent. Steven was up front with me about the quality of my carpet and what I should expect from it over time. I know it's not great, how to maintain it and what to do when I want to replace it. I wanted to hire someone local and support small business. Steven has many many years of experience and it shows. Thanks again Steven! read more

Very polite, very professional, they are definitely the best of the field! Not only they are affordable, but their impeccable services are truly worth every buck! They just do an amazing job that I have nothing but good things to say about World Class Carpet Services. The place was left with bad mud and salt stains by the entrance, as well as my little Pomeranian's accidents here and there. When I came back, it was like walking in two years ago when I first moved in. It was redone with fresh scented, newly cream colored carpet. They also did a marvelous job cleaning my suede sofa and throw pillows. It looks completely new again, and I may not need a new sofa for a while. Overall, I have 100% customer satisfaction and they will definitely be on my contact list! Not to mention, great referrals! read more

Steven just finished cleaning the carpeting in our condo...and we have four dogs. It's old carpeting, too--the original polyester from 1987, when the place was built. Honestly, I'd given up a long time ago, after countless times with a Rug Doctor, trying to do it myself. But it was really, really (as in starting to smell) dirty, and I just didn't have the energy to go at it again. And thank God...because since Steven arrived (on time, I might add), effortlessly ran his hoses, and cleaned my carpet, it looks 95% new--which is saying a lot, since it's 26 year old polyester crap that four dogs do "everything" on from time to time. It's nothing short of a miracle. I'm so relieved that I'll never have to rent a Rug Doctor ever again. read more

Haven't had my carpets cleaned for a couple of years. They were pretty dirty & had some dog pee stains and a little pee odor. World class carpet cleaning came out and left my carpets clean , soft and all pee stains are gone & no pee smell. Best of all the carpets dried in 4 hours. I have had other carpet cleaners over the years and they left the carpets soaked for 2 days. Not only did the technician do a fantastic job, he was also on time, friendly and gave great advice on what to do with any future dog pee accidents. I am a very happy customer and definitely will refer World class carpet cleaning to anyone who needs great service at a reasonable price. read more

the name matches the service, i called about 1100Hrs. and Steven took my call, i told what my needs were and how many areas and he gave me a estimate over the phone, by 1300Hrs. they were at my house cleaning away. the condition of my carpet was not the best with 2 teenagers and a 3yr. old the floors get a work out. it took the tech about an hour and a half to clean including the extra work he put in on the high traffic areas. he also spot cleaned a few tough stains that wouldn't come but with some elbow grease he got them out... i will be calling them back after the holidays for a touch up, this guy is a World Class carpet cleaner... read more

After our baby drop the glass with juice on the floor, I realized that I won't be able to get rid of all spots by myself, so I called WCCC and schedule the cleaning time. So we live in the renting apartment with 2 monthly payment deposits, so honestly, I wanna get it back. They are why we had to call guys who have a spotless reputation and the best chance to clean it up. After it was done the carpet was kind of wet for a day, and we were recommended not to walk on it with our shoes on, and after it dried out it looks like a brand new carpet. Honestly now it even looks better than it was before. Thank you, guys. read more

I posted a review a few days ago in reference to my experience and being disappointed. I am changing that rating due to their exceptional customer service. They reached out to me immediately by phone and when I did not answer the call due to a family emergency they came back out to address my issue. They also returned to take care of everything and I am very pleased. I sincerely appreciate their customer service. It is really good to see a business care about their customers in this manner. After how they handled my concerns I would definitely use again and recommend. read more

I just bought a condo and I wanted to clean the carpet before I moved in. They were disgusting--very dirty and lots of stains of every kind everywhere. After reading reviews on yelp, I called World Class Carpet Cleaning and was glad I did. I talked with Victor and he was extremely professional and friendly, offered a reasonable price, was quick and efficient, was able to take on the job with less than 24 hour notice, and most of all, the carpets looked amazing afterwards. I will definitely hire Victor again the next time I need my carpets cleaned! read more

World Class Carpet Cleaning did a fabulous job cleaning my white carpeting as well as two wool area rugs. Steven was punctual, polite and very knowledgeable about carpeting. He explained that someone had cleaned my wool rugs with the same cleaning solution as was used on my olefin carpeting which had weakened the wool fibers which is why it sheds so much. No one had ever used different solutions on the two different types of rugs. I appreciate very much his extra care. I will be using only World Class Carpet Cleaning in the future. read more

This is the second visit from World Class Carpet to my home and again... what an amazing job. Steven is very personable, detail oriented and thorough. I love the fact they are ecologically minded and do not use chemicals to clean the furniture and carpets. He had some great suggestions on my stone floors as well. Love the consistent updates via text on dates and times and Carol, who makes the appointments, is the nicest most accomodating person ever! They are my go to when it comes to keeping my house perfect! read more

I selected World Class Carpet Cleaning based on reviews previously posted on Yelp. I can honestly say the company definitely exceeded my expectations. The master bedroom had numerous pet stains. When I made the appointment I was warned these stains cannot always be removed but Steven spent time and effort and the carpet is beautiful. I also had a very large sectional sofa cleaned and it looks as good as new. This is a family owned business and I will recommend them to my friends and family. read more

As a realtor I use World Class Carpet Cleaning all the time. They are the absolute best! They do excellent work at fair prices and always have the best interest of the customer at heart. Carol in the office is the sweetest person you've ever met. And Steven the technician is knowledgeable and super honest about whether the carpet is even cleanable or if it just needs replacement. He has talked me out of a couple cleanings and not charged me at all. Can't speak highly enough of this company! read more

I needed the carpets cleaned in the home I was renting right away. I called to make the appointment and they were able to schedule for the next day! Victor and Steven were SUPER! Very professional but with personality:) I could not have hoped for cleaner carpets. The owner of the property was so impressed she asked me for the name of the cleaner we used!! GO WORLD CLASS. She is going to contact you in the future for all of her rentals! Thank you so so much for doing such a great job. read more

I had an excellent experience with Steven. He cleaned my cream-colored couch, and it came out looking like new. I had also planned to have my wool carpet cleaned, but Steven was very upfront and explained the potential risks since I have a dog and the products could affect pets. I truly appreciated his honesty and the time he took to thoroughly explain the process. His professionalism, transparency, and quality of work really stood out. I would highly recommend his services. read more

Unfortunately, we had to call Steven again because a house guest spilled coffee on the dining room carpet. Not only did he clean this area, but also redid two problematic areas from before. For all of this, he charged nothing despite my protests to the contrary. What a guy! He could teach a lesson or two about superior customer service. Thank you Steven. You have a customer for life, and I'll continue to sing your high praises whenever the opportunity presents itself. read more
