Marco and his team came back out to clean my stairs and living room carpet. They were able to get the wear stains out on the steps and in front of the couch. Amazing service! We've had our couch for about 3-4 years, and with a Belgian Malinois at home, it was covered in dog hair and stains. They came out and cleaned it for us, and the results were unbelievable. It only took about an hour, and the couch looked spotless -- honestly, it felt like we got a new one. They were also super accommodating and let us add a carpet-cleaning service at the last minute, which we really appreciated. Everything was done professionally, quickly, and with great attention to detail. We'll definitely be using them for all our future deep cleanings for rugs and furniture. Highly recommend! read more

After talking to Marco, the business owner, I decided to change my 1 rating to 3. Just wanted to stress the importance of asking questions before the services start: if any sections of your carpet might be damaged by their commercial carpet cleaning machine (see pics) and doing a complete walk through before paying. Also, I am willing to give Marco another try in the future. read more

They did a great job repairing patches of carpet that my Shiba Inu tore up and a spot that had been bleached. The patches are a little bit obvious but they reassured me it just needed time to get worn down into the rest of the carpet. They cleaned all 3 bedrooms & stairs super quickly and everything turned out great. Would definitely recommend true carpet cleaning read more

Reached out at night via the Yelp app for a quote to clean my cloth sofa and loveseat. The set is about 4 years old and although they are lightly used, no pets, no kids, we have had a couple small spills on them; most recently coffee. Marco was very quick to respond on the app the next morning and based on the great reviews and a fair price quoted, I set up an appointment for the next morning at 8:00. He sent me an appointment confirmation text. Marco was right on-time and ready to get to work on the couches. He was considerate of our floors, wore shoe covers and got right to it. Around two hours later and the couches were completed, cushions and all. Marco went the extra mile to make sure the spots got the extra attention they needed and we are very pleased with the job he and his partner did. No odd odors, no chemical smell, just fresh like new furniture. I'll definitely use him again to touch them up in the future! read more

Had a new apartment cleaned several weekends ago. Jaime did a wonderful job, and Marco was so communicative through the whole process as well. The cleaning was finished quickly in about 30-40 minutes for around 500 sq ft of carpet. Scheduling this appointment was also so easy- I was able to schedule an appointment from 5 days out. The cost came out to about 250 in the end! read more

My cat peed on my MIL's couches so I called this place up around 7pm and they came the next day at 8am for a free estimate. Marco spot cleaned one couch, cleaned the other couch completely, and also cleaned the 5'x8' rug all for $350. I think it only took less than 2 hours. The cat pee was brewing in the couches for a month and he was able to remove the stench! Will be contacting him again to have my MIL's carpet worked on. read more

Contacted them and they came out same day. Very professional and did a great job! Will definitely hire again.

Marco's work is amazing. My carpet looks new and smells great! I have a large dog + a kid, so this carpet gets a lot of foot traffic. I began my search by calling and messaging a few local businesses. Marco offered some of the most competitive pricing, was professional and easy to talk to and was available this week. He was very communicative and offered me two earlier slots this week as they came available. He arrived within the time window that he had promised, and he wore surgical/slip-on slippers and a mask while he worked. Very happy with this service and highly recommend! read more

True Carpet Cleaning - post carpet cleaning...not a smudge or dark spot in sight. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Fabulous! They pulled off a miracle with my carpet, to include the high traffic areas and places that my kids made a mess of. It made me look kind of silly when the property manager looked at it, and questioned my opinion that the carpet need a changing out. I definitely highly recommend them. read more

I appreciate the quote that was offered to clean our carpets but was very unhappy with the fact that We were quoted one price from the start and to only get a different price once the employee arrived only to clean 2 areas of my home mind you I am 82 yrs old. I feel that the prices should stay and be honored and not changed upon arrival. read more

I was hoping to get my couch, rug, and recliner cleaned as a Father's Day gift to my husband. I decided to go with Marco's company over one other because of the great price he quoted me. Marco was initially very professional and responsive. He scheduled me for a 8-10am slot and I kindly requested that he come at 9am. He agreed. No confirmation the day before like most contractors I've worked with, but I trusted he'd come. I waited until 9:01am to message him. No response. I decided to call and it seemed my appointment had slipped his mind, as he was on another job. No apologies or attempts at service recovery, just a statement that he doesn't book specific times, just appointment windows. Even though our messages through Yelp show he agreed to a 9am arrival. He did offer to come when he finished the current job he was at, but I felt booking an appointment and then forgetting about it was enough to go with a different company. I was disappointed. I wasn't able to find another company that would get the service done before Father's Day so I couldn't surprise my husband as I'd originally hoped. I ended up going with my second choice a few weeks later and thankfully had a much better experience. read more

When we moved into our house, the carpet was passable but not particularly "clean." Then we subjected it to nearly two years of 12 dirty dog paws from jumping in the pool and then running around in the dust and dirt only to end up on the carpet. Not only was True Carpet Cleaning able to undo the abuse of three vizsla's, they were able to get it back to cleaner than when we moved in! Fantastic! All of this at a reasonable rate with polite and quick service. Will definitely hire again. read more

Marco did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and bedroom. He was prompt, professional, and EXTREMELY THOROUGH. He utilized little touches that other companies don't always use - small blower to speed drying time; raking the carpeting after cleaning. I will definitely use him again. read more
