I was hoping to get my couch, rug, and recliner cleaned as a Father's Day gift to my husband. I decided to go with Marco's company over one other because of the great price he quoted me. Marco was initially very professional and responsive. He scheduled me for a 8-10am slot and I kindly requested that he come at 9am. He agreed. No confirmation the day before like most contractors I've worked with, but I trusted he'd come. I waited until 9:01am to message him. No response. I decided to call and it seemed my appointment had slipped his mind, as he was on another job. No apologies or attempts at service recovery, just a statement that he doesn't book specific times, just appointment windows. Even though our messages through Yelp show he agreed to a 9am arrival. He did offer to come when he finished the current job he was at, but I felt booking an appointment and then forgetting about it was enough to go with a different company. I was disappointed. I wasn't able to find another company that would get the service done before Father's Day so I couldn't surprise my husband as I'd originally hoped.
