THE MOST WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE + EXPERT CARPET CLEANING SERVICE EVER - Appromiately 3 years ago, we had all our floors and carpets replaced with laminates throughout our townhome and new tan/ecru carpeting in our two bedrooms. Over time, the carpeting was looking dirty and I was intrigued specifically by for a cleaning process that was green-focused and would be safe for our dog, a shmoodle. I found Green Coast Carpet Care thru YELP reviews and the absolute enthusiasm for Alex as both owner and the quality of his work motivated me to reach out to him and ask for a quote. Within 2 mins of my outreach by text message, I had a firm date/time and price On the day before the scheduled appointment, Alex texted with a note, confirming that he would be there the next day at the time committed. He further shared "I'll text you a 1/2 hour heads up text" and he did the next day. Alex did a great job of set-up and he used these unique corner protectors for our doors and walls to ensure the hose didn't leave any mark on the walls or door trim. And his work on the carpets were/are AMAZING!! They look great after 3 years of wear and dirt from the bottoms of feet. Also, the suction of the dirty water after the cleaning process left our bedroom carpets only slightly damp and within ~ 5 hours, the carpets were dry. Alex is really an extremely wonderful, kind and interesting person. Ironicly, Alex's family name, Pettai, is unique and I shared with him that one of my very good friends had a last name, Pettai and was from Estonia and SURPRISE, Alex's family has ties to Estonia and the two families may be connected. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALEX FOR CARPET CLEANING WORK! When it's time to have our carpets cleaned again - we will contact Alex!! read more

Alex is a true professional and I highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning services you might need. He's one of the few contractors I've had who truly appears to have the homeowners best interest at heart. He has excellent communication, no nonsense upsell strategies , and just does a really honest and efficient job. He even explained and went over several issues we might need addressed around the house that we hadn't noticed before! As new homeowners it's great to find someone you can rely on fully. Once again, high recommendation five stars. Will continue to use him for all my carpet cleaning needs. read more

I cannot say enough positive comments about Alex and Green Coast Carpet Care! He was extremely responsive from the first request for information and service, to confirming appointment time, and the actual scheduled appointment. Extra care was taken, even in the little touches like wearing booties, to using wall corner protectors, was an example of the importance given to protecting our home space during the service. Alex also took extra care to prep the area and then deeply clean my carpets better than they have ever been with other compaines over the past 7 years. It is evident that Alex is extremely passionate about his business, but even more so he is personable and passionate about caring for others. I will definitely use him again and recommend him strongly to everyone who needs carpet cleaning! read more

Alex did an amazing job cleaning our upholstery. He used equipment that didn't leave the furniture soaking wet, so drying time was quick. Best part? No hidden fees -- the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. read more

Amazing service!! We had a great experience booking with Alex. He was very quick to reply when we requested a quote and his pricing is fair and transparent. When we sent him pictures of our sofa, he mentioned that some of the stains may not come out, but he would do his best- we really appreciated that upfront honesty. On the day of our service he showed up 15 mins early and kindly let us know he was here offering to wait until our scheduled start time. Service itself was fantastic, and we live in a high rise in downtown which is not always easy for this type of work. We are more than pleased with the results! Will be saving his contact info for any future needs. read more

My carpet and couches needed a deep clean so I asked for recommendations on a local FB moms group and Alex was highly recommended. I was able to text with him to request a quote and ask some questions, and he was so quick to respond. I didn't want any chemicals or toxic ingredients used and I'm also sensitive to fragrance, and he assured me he uses safe cleaning products and even provided the brand. I booked him on his soonest date which was a few weeks out. He arrived on time and was super kind and professional, got to work right away. I was planning to give him booties to cover his shoes (as I do with anyone that comes to do work at our house as we don't wear shoes in the house), but he brought his own booties/took his shoes off! That alone says a lot. He deep cleaned our two couch sets, carpet on the stairs, an area rug, and a few small misc areas, in a few hours. I had let him know that my carpet is made of wool so he said he would use a lower temp. He was very meticulous and careful and did a great job cleaning everything. Best part is there was no lingering fragrance or smell! His pricing is really reasonable too. Alex was great to work with and we will definitely use him again when we need another cleaning. I also much rather support a small business than a large company. Highly recommend! read more

Alex of Green Coast did a great job cleaning the carpets in 3 upstairs bedrooms and 2 area rugs downstairs. Alex also cleaned our sleeper sofa, which has never been professionally cleaned in the 35+ years we've had it. We are very pleased with the way all items turned out and highly impressed by Alex. Alex it's a lovely gentleman. Very easy to communicate with and did a truly excellent job of cleaning the carpets in my apartment. Green Coast Carpet Care - Alex is the BEST! I cannot say enough good things about Green Coast Carpet Care and especially Alex, who is an absolute gem. He went above and beyond in every way and did such an incredible job cleaning my carpets -- even the brand new area. Alex not only deep-cleaned the carpets to perfection, it also helped eliminate that strong VOC/off-gassing smell that was lingering from the new installation. I could immediately tell the difference in the air -- it felt fresher, cleaner, and more breathable. I'm very sensitive to chemical smells, and it truly made a huge difference. On top of that, the carpets looked so refreshed, like they were brand new again. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and just an all-around kind person to work with. I really appreciated how he explained the process and tailored everything to exactly what we needed. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their work and your home, Alex at Green Coast Carpet Care is it. Highly, highly recommended! read more

Great service, great price, carpet cleaning was perfect. Very knowledgeable about stains. Thank you!!

Alex was very professional. He was very easy to work with. Quality of work was great.

Alex did a superb job on the carpets and upholstery in my older 5th wheel. It had been sitting for 3 years in AZ and a ton of dirt had gotten in. When Alex was done the couches were a different shade. He did a great job and was awesome to talk to. I called him to get a quote, he responded right away and scheduled me the next day. Talk about customer service!! I highly recommend Alex to anyone who needs his services. read more

It's a pleasure to be a customer of Alex's company. We had a last minute request to clean our carpet and he responded right away with a quote and arrived promptly to our house. Before entering our house to inspect the carpet, he took off his shoes. I loved how professional and respectful he was with our home. Since our carpet was relatively clean, he finished hot steaming it in an hour and a half for 4 areas. We were impressed with how fast and clean everything looks! I cannot recommend Alex enough for carpet care. He truly is reliable and his price is reasonably competitive. read more

What a wonderful experience! From the moment Alex contacted me, he was nothing but professional and knowledgeable. I was looking for carpet and couch cleaning. After seeing the reviews I knew I made the right choice. He was right on time, and worked quickly and thoroughly. I had some bad pet and high traffic areas on most of my carpet and honestly it feels like I moved into a new apartment. He told me how to get it to dry quickly and told me what not to do before it was all dry. The value and price when all was said and done was incredible for the work done, the speed, convenience, professionalism and quality of care he put into the work. I highly recommend Alex and green coast carpet care! read more

Alex is wonderful. Price is reasonable and fair. He was really honest with me about possibly not being able to fully get stains out of my couches (I have cream-colored linen couches), but he did a great job and most of the stains came out. I was super impressed. Would absolutely hire Alex again. read more

Excellent service. Quick reply! Alex was right on time and did an amazing job. I highly recommend him and his service.

We used Green Coast Carpet Care a few weeks ago, and Alex did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning our carpets. He even managed to lift difficult stains that other cleaners couldn't get rid of. It was also a huge plus that he also services condos without short driveways! We highly recommend this family business and will definitely use them for our next cleaning! read more

This review is long overdue. In the midst of a move, my adorable senior dog peed on an white upholstered antique daybed (terribly uncharacteristic behavior!) that I had brought back from Europe. When I brought it out of storage, I noticed a few stains on it from back in the day when aforementioned dog was a baby and chewed on his toy (and his feet). In a lengthy back-and-forth exchange with Alex about having it cleaned, he was hesitant and very (appropriately) cautious about making any claims as to what could be done. He was so honest and so thoughtful in that exchange and ticked all the boxes in terms of eco products that I scheduled with him as the work certainly needed to be done if only for the pee stain. I had received estimates - and promises - from other companies who were ready to make confident claims and charge far more but something about Alex's caution struck me as deeply honest. He arrived on time, was super respectful of the space (which was small and a bit chaotic due to the moving process) and went right to work. He kept me apprised throughout his process as to how he thought it was going and mid-way through, offered to stop because he was thinking that certainly the older stains were not going to budge. Such honesty and business integrity is so rare and so very much appreciated. I asked him to continue and finish as I didn't think anything would be made worse. He apologized (unnecessarily) as he left because the stains had not lifted as much as he would have liked although he was confident that he had managed to effectively address and resolve the recent pee stain. But not only was the cherished little daybed saved from a lingering pee stain (and all that goes with it), the older stains disappeared as well once it dried. (yay!) Anything remaining is so faint that it looks as lovely as it did when it was newly re-upholstered! I was beyond thrilled to have this piece spared a rather dismal fate and super-impressed with Alex's business ethos, the quality of his work, and his clear communication through the process. I can't recommend him highly enough - he's really top of the top. read more

I don't use Alex super regularly, as allergens had me replacing most of my home with hard floors. However, for the few rooms in the home that still have carpet, mattresses, upholstery, floor cushions, etc., he has done an *amazing* job every time without leaving behind any smells or anything that triggers my chemical sensitivities. Our kapok floor cushions, especially, get covered in dog fur and dust, no matter our regular vacuuming, and about twice a year the sides and back of our fabric couch starts looking a little grey and dull. Alex has them looking clean and vibrant like new. A 20-year-old pillow top mattress looks bright and white again. He's also incredibly easy to communicate and schedule with, and always arrives when he says he will, not leaving us hanging like some have the day before company arrives. read more

I hired Alex to clean my parent's apt. I had used his services in the past for a day care center. My parents didn't want to ask the Apartment for the free carpet cleaning because they didn't want to breathe in the toxic fumes for two weeks. Alex was very professional, on time and did an amazing job cleaning all the stains out without using toxic chemicals. His charge was also very reasonable. The carpet looks brand new! He also gave us excellent suggestions on preventing the stains from coming back. Highly recommend!!! read more
