Jeremy is amazing! 2 years ago I bought a small sectional couch off of Marketplace for a great price, though they disclosed it came from a home with huskies and toddlers. It definitely needed a good deep clean before I felt comfortable using it myself, and I began my search for someone who could do so! I really liked the price quoted, plus how easy it was to communicate with Jeremy, who was very responsive and a clear, friendly communicator. I had no idea how couch cleaning worked, and he explained a but of the process -- I was super happy with how it turned out after Jeremy cleaned it! 2 years, some spilled salsa, and 2 cats later, I asked Jeremy to come out again to clean my couch, plus a small rug I had acquired. He once again did a great job! I want to also note that as a person who lives alone and who is not a man, having a man at my apartment who I do not know can feel intimidating/makes me nervous. I didn't experience that at all with Jeremy! He is very professional and very kind. I'll definitely continue to use his business! read more

Great job cleaning my sofa and love seat! Will definitely use him again. Great communication and was prompt for his appointment time.

The best Carpet cleaning I've had. I highly recommend. The only down side is it does take a while to get an appt.

Just had my carpet and couch cleaned, which they both definitely needed! Jeremy, a self-proclaimed perfectionist, was great! I have a small studio condo and I wanted to go with a small business company instead of a big, corporate one. He did an amazing job and I'm extremely happy with the results. Jeremy just left my 3rd or 4th cleaning, just as good if not better than the first time. I've hired a good amount of contractors in the last 2 years. I think this is the only one I can say is a 100% positive experience. I cannot see room for improvement, it's exactly what I wanted, fast and effective. 2 hrs for 4 bedrooms, stairs and an area rug in a house with 4 humans and 4 animals. read more

So good!!!! Highly recommend. My white sofa was so bad that I wasn't sure if it was salvageable. I honestly cannot believe what a good job he did! He took the before and after so unfortunately I don't have it on my phone to post here but I'm sure he will be using them to advertise because the difference is pretty dramatic. read more

New review! I moved into a house that had quite a bit of foot traffic and some animals, up to four people at a time living in the place. There's only carpet in the renovated garage, thank goodness, because it was in need of some help. Anyway I contacted Jeremy again because he worked such magic the last time. I was super happy with the job this time as well; the carpet was truly filthy. I'll let the images speak for themselves. read more

Jeremy responded promptly. Was upfront and clear on costs and we scheduled service to be completed within a couple of days. Arrived on time, swift serving on two 6x9 area rugs and completed the task within an hour. Rugs look great! read more

Wow, I am so impressed about Jeremy's excellent work and his professionalism. He cleaned my parents' place where carpet are dirty and old. He arrived on time, informed me with the concerns he had, and promised me to try his best on this job. He made extra efforts on the carpet, and you may see the huge difference from the before and after on the pictures I posted here. He moved furniture around himself to make sure that he attended all areas. Then he made sure to warn us about the wet carpet after cleaning and the danger of walking between the wet carpet and the tiles. He even left us a deodorizer for free! Jeremy is definitely a go-to person for carpet cleaning because of his great work, reasonable price and professionalism. read more

I have not personally used Jeremy for our home carpet since we haven't had the need for it. Let's keep it that way. However, if we ever need his service I will not hesitate to give him a call. As a property manager and a real estate professional, we're constantly exchanging services for our clients. I can tell you from personal experience for our listings and rentals, Jeremy by far is the best carpet cleaner within 300 miles of the Bay Area. Extremely responsive to text or calls. Always make himself available to his clients needs even on days he doesn't work. He will find solutions to all obstacles. He attention to details is superb. Thank you for constantly making yourself available to me and my clients. I highly recommend Jeremy. If you're contemplating, don't! He is great and you will not disappoint at all. read more

This review is long overdue but if you are looking for someone to clean your carpet or upholstery, look no further! Jeremy is your guy! He is reliable, affordable, efficient, and all around nice guy! Last year, one of the cats decided to throw up on my nice World Market area rug the week before the future in-laws were coming for Christmas. After doing a thorough search via Yelp and Nextdoor, I came across a great recommendation from one of my neighbors. I texted Jeremy and he was super responsive. Luckily, he had an opening the same week and was able to come before the in-laws arrive (WOOHOO!). He did an excellent job! I am [finally] writing this review because I just scheduled another appointment with him. In addition to my rugs, I also have carpet in my home office as well as a linen sofa from Restoration Hardware (my one big adult furniture purchase). And thanks to Jeremy, I can have beige/white area rugs and couches (with cats that love to lounge on the rugs and a partner who loves to eat while sitting on the comfy couch). My family and friends think I am super clean. My secret is Jeremy! Thanks, Jeremy! You can see for yourself how happy my cats are with the clean couch and area rug:) read more

I went with Jeremy after getting a couple of quotes- he offered the best deal and I'm glad I had contacted him since everything looked great after. I was able to get an appointment within a week and he came right on time. He seems like a super nice guy and was very friendly to my dog as well which I always appreciate :) I had the carpet, an area rug, and also a sofa cleaned. Everything looks spick and span. I was particularly happy about the sofa since the cleaning brought it back to life and it looks almost new! He was extremely meticulous getting every piece/side/corner of the sofa, flipped the cushions and everything, and got all our spillage stains out. I'll definitely have him back next year! read more
