I chose Aztec Carpet Cleaning due to the great reviews and the fact that David is a one man show. What I like about going with a business that is only one guy is that you know the reviews are for the person that is coming to your house. With the bigger companies you may get the "good" guy or perhaps not. I called David late on a Friday and he was able to make it to my house the next morning (Saturday) at 9AM. He did a great job doing my three bedrooms, living room couch, and two area rugs. His prices are very reasonable and he was on time, personable, and thorough. I will definitely be using Aztec Carpet Cleaning again. Thanks for the great job David! read more

Update on my post from last week. David called me and offered to redo the stairs. He explained the wicking process and why the stains reappeared on the carpet. He was an excellent teacher! I treated the Few stairs with Spot Shot and the fast drying solvent cleaned and prevented any further wicking to occur! Just like new! Thank you David! read more

I called Aztec to help me with my couch cleaning a few weeks ago. My cat had peed in a couple different spots and I was horrified! Luckily Aztec cleaners were able to neutralize the smell and clean my couch to where it looks brand new. The man that came to clean my carpet was very kind, friendly, and helpful with tips on what to do If it ever happens again. (I'm problem-solving with my cat/vet so hopefully it won't!!) I recommend this business. It's not cheap, but it was worth it to me For the peace of mind and ears of scheduling. read more

It is very hard to give David anything less than a five stars. - Response promptly to messages. - Able to schedule in the next day. - Called ahead and showed up on-time. - Knowledgeable about carpet care. - Friendly, polite and professional. Most importantly, his quote is very competitive. I paid $40 more to the other carpet cleaners I used to go to and I was wondering he might be not as good but he really exceeded my expectation. Definitely go to him again. read more

I had an appointment with Dave at Aztec Carpet Cleaning today at noon. At 12:20pm he still wasn't here. I called and he told me he wasn't coming because of some problems with the machine. I moved all my furniture and he never took the time to call me to let me know he wasn't coming . Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time and my family's time we took to move the furniture. Not even a courtesy call to say I can't make it today. I had to call him to learn he wasn't coming. read more

On time, super friendly, did a great job, good price! I will definitely be using Aztec again!

Aztec is the best!! They were able to fit me in very quickly as I was on a time constraint moving out of a rental. The price was beyond fair, sometimes even less than half of other quotes received through Yelp. For my living room, hallway, and three bedrooms it only took him an hour or so. The cleaning system is truck mounted, which I hear is much better than a portable. He was extremely friendly and we had great conversation during the time he was in my home. The carpets look absolutely amazing and he is a very trustworthy person. You will not be disappointed! read more

I was looking to have the carpets cleaned in a preowned house we were buying. David at Aztec Carpet Cleaning was flexible with the date and timing. (escrow was delayed which meant the painters were delayed which meant I had to ask him the day before to come by later) He returned my messages promptly, arrived on time, got right to work, did a great job, and was friendly. What more could you ask for? Thank you David! We will definitely be calling Aztec again! read more
