I had an appointment with Dave at Aztec Carpet Cleaning today at noon. At 12:20pm he still wasn't here. I called and he told me he wasn't coming because of some problems with the machine. I moved all my furniture and he never took the time to call me to let me know he wasn't coming . Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time and my family's time we took to move the furniture. Aztec is the best!! They were able to fit me in very quickly as I was on a time constraint moving out of a rental. The price was beyond fair, sometimes even less than half of other quotes received through Yelp. For my living room, hallway, and three bedrooms it only took him an hour or so. The cleaning system is truck mounted, which I hear is much better than a portable. He was extremely friendly and we had great conversation during the time he was in my home.
