David did a great job! Randomly picked someone to clean the carpets in our new townhouse, and glad we went with him!

We shopped around for a carpet cleaning company and came across Aztec here on Yelp. When I reached out for a quote, the response was almost immediate. I had a few follow up questions leading up to my appointment, and the response time was always quick and polite. Could not beat the price, and the quality of work was 5 star worthy! He was so easy to work with, answered all questions we had before and during the job, and left the carpets looking brand new! We will recommend to all our friends and family and would definitely use him again if needed! read more

We just had our sofas cleaned yesterday and he did a great job. He was on time, professional, easy to talk to, and very nice. He took his time explaining how to ensure that the sofas dried relatively quickly in order to avoid having a wet clothes smell. Pretty Accommodating with scheduling, I asked for a carpet cleaning and a mattress. The carpet came out fine the mattress did not, none of the stains were removed and wasn't cleaned throughly. Overall I wouldn't use them again. read more

He arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets, stairs and couch. He was friendly and personable and I could not recommend his services enough. I try to support our Santee businesses when possible, but I got burnt once by a local so I started using a company you always see on tv ads. They do a good job, but are getting pricey. I decided to try Aztec because of the Yelp reviews, and it is a Santee business. Their prices are very competitive, and you work with the owner David. He got back to me fast with a quote, and setting an appointment. Then he showed up a few minutes early to start work. We had him clean our 20 year old carpet, and tile. I believe he may have been rushed to get to his next appointment as he missed one small area. When I spoke to him he agreed to fix it without hesitation. Overall he did a good job. David is a proud owner who goes above & beyond to make sure the job gets done right. read more

WOW!!! My old, nasty looking carpets look like new!! The stains are gone!!! A MILLION Thank You's to David!!! He was very through and took time to ask me questions on my expectations and he delivered!!! I HIGHLY recommend Aztec!!! read more

This was our first time using this company. We used them after our regular company wasn't available on our desired date. We were impressed with the ease of scheduling, their prompt arrival time, and how quickly they cleaned everything. Unfortunately, we do not feel that they did the best job on our carpets. The edge of each of our stairs looked like they didn't spend enough time there, there were still visible stains in one of the rooms, which we felt could have been easily lifted with professional cleaning. Additionally, it may be that our other company goes above and beyond with putting our furniture on styrofoam blocks after cleaning to prevent water damage, but that was not the case with Aztec...Not a huge deal but definitely a noticeable difference. Lastly, we also felt like the carpets had a slightly "crunchy" residue after cleaning, which we've never experienced before... not sure if too much soap/shampoo was left behind or what... read more

My husband and I were very impressed. They were able to come out the day after we called. They charged literally one-third of what Stanley Steemer wanted. David was super friendly and our carpet looks great. I highly recommend this service. read more

I was in dire need of a carpet cleaning ASAP and i came onto yelp yesterday and found someone that interested me but never answered the phone. I took a chance and requested a quote from this company and Mr. David responded within minutes with an opening for today. He gave me an estimated price and scheduled the appointment. He came ON TIME as that was much needed since i had this done over my lunch break and the whole process took about an hour. He was extremely professional and even provided shoe covers. He didn't have any surprise charges the estimate was exactly what I paid and I am most grateful for that. I know next time to book when i have more time to actually let the process do as needed but my carpet looks amazing and the odor is gone thankfully. I appreciate his services so much and will be using him again. Thank You Mr. David. read more
