Wanted to try a new company since the guy I went to moved out of state. Prompt arrival, although when I asked if they have shoe covers to wear they did not have any. So both of them continued to work with shoes on in my house. I prefer shoes off in my house. They finished within an hour. I asked how long it'll take for the carpets to dry and I was informed 4-5 hours. It's now 10+ hrs and it's still not dry enough. I wouldve thought they would at least use those industrial floor blow dryers in order for fast drying. Smh. Not using their services again. read more

I reached out to Mr. Carpet Cleaning via Yelp on July 2, 2022 to obtain a quote to clean my white sectional. I purchased the sectional from Costco about 11 months ago and it was due for a professional cleaning from wear throughout the year. I received a prompt response with a quote right away, approved the quote, and made an appointment for July 5th. I received a text confirmation confirming the July 5th appointment but re-scheduled for July 6th as we were not going to be home on July 5th. Everything was going smoothly until July 6th came around. Two gentleman arrived to my house to clean the sectional. I stayed upstairs while they were downstairs. I even messaged Mr. Carpet Cleaning via Yelp to inquire about the gentlemen cleaning one of my rugs since they were already there. Once they were finished, one of the gentleman told me that they were done. I went downstairs and the sectional cushions were piled on top of each other - everything seen to the visible eye looked great. He told me to wait a couple of hours then flip the cushions over to allow the other side to dry. I waited until the next morning to flip the cushions over. The next morning when I flipped the cushions over, I noticed one cushion and one pillow heavily stained with a purple solution. None of the other cushions or pillows had this stain. I messaged Mr. Carpet Cleaning and told them of the issue. They advised that they would send a technician that same day. Later that day, the same gentleman came out to the property and told my fiancee "that they do not know what it that stain is or where it came from" and "that they've never had that problem before." However, we noticed that the solution that they use is almost a blue/purple very similar to the color of the stain on the couch. I received a phone call from Cassandra, the office manager, after the gentleman had left. I advised that the cushion and pillow were still stained (and now also pilling from them going over the stains with their machine so many times). She asked whether we've used any cleaning supplies or brushed up against the couch since the gentlemen first cleaned it. I told her we have not even been in that area besides going to turn the cushions around per the instructions provided to us. I sent her additional photographs of the stained cushion and pillow as well as a spot on my laminate floor where their soap machine had been sitting. Cassandra told me that her supervisor would try to come to our house the next day, July 7th, and I told her that it'd have to be before noon as we were not available past noon. I never heard back from her or her supervisor. I reached out via Text on July 11th as I had not heard back and again on July 12th after not receiving a response. Cassandra advised that she would respond via Yelp as her manager can track and see those messages. On July 12th, Cassandra wrote "Hi Goli. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The manager had an emergency and is out of town. He should be back tomorrow. Will you be available Thursday morning for him to stop by." I replied saying yes and she advised that he would be there between 9 am and 10 am. Thursday came around and no supervisor and no text/call/message regarding the no show. I've attached all the written correspondence exchanged between myself and Cassandra and/or Alan once the stains were discovered. EDIT: Yelp removed several of the text message threads due to privacy concerns (I assume due to Cassandra's phone number displayed). I suspect that the stains occurred due to the soap solution/water ratio being off and the soap solution being too strong and/or not diluted properly. I am reasonable and understand mistakes can happen, but I gave the business several opportunities to address and remedy the situation to which they failed to do so. read more
