I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. Long version is that both tubs were ruined by living in this house 21 years which made them dingy, my mother in law's assisted chair set up which scratched up the bottoms, and our teenagers dying their hair which set black and blue color permanently into the scratches. One tub was acrylic and the other was metal, (determined by me testing a magnet). They both looked really bad and dingy and I was pretty concerned that the metal one was bound to start rusting out with continued use. The tubs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years even after a deep cleaning. There was no shine. I was embarrassed to have guests use the restrooms, as there's absolutely nothing you can do to hide a bathtub. So I read a lot of reviews and got a few quotes. OBR had a good price to begin with plus they offered a 10% cash discount. I also liked the idea that they were so confident about the finish not yellowing. I have a few re coated tubs in a rental property that have held up over the past 25 years but they have yellowed over time and are ugly. I'm going to invest in having OBR redo those tubs in the near future. I only needed to do the insides. The outsides still looked shiney and new. Serge recommend that I let him remove the drain kit so the white coating did not get on that metal and that gave me the opportunity to run over and buy new drain kits (for about $25 ea) and that was the finishing touch. Both tubs now look BRAND NEW and have a very glossy, almost wet, looking finish. I am thrilled with the end result and feel I most definitely made the best choice in hiring these guys. I wasnt too concerned about the potential smell but if you are, the process is indeed odorless. Serge told me it might take around 6 hours but it actually took about 4.5 hours for him to do both tubs. I had left him home while I was out and had to come back sooner than expected since he finished early, and he was very gracious waiting for me to return. The coating only takes 1 day to cure. A+ experience all the way around.

I found Core Carpet Cleaning service on the KUSI good business news cast and requested services. I did receive the service but I later found out, after a simple google search, that this man is on the sex offender registry. I was completely shocked and appalled due to the fact I have 2 teenage girls who were home at the time of service. I'm very disappointed in the KUSI news cast and certainly will be contacting them to inform them of this situation. Not only am i appalled with KUSI for highlighting a person of this background, I'm even more upset they they have not vetted the people that they are promoting. this man is a sexual predator and this company needs to be shut down . I will be sharing this on all platforms along with KUSI management . Im very thankful that this situation didn't turn to the nightmare that it could have and just want others to be AWARE. read more

I saw Darren interviewed on a news spot and called because they promised so many things from one company all in one from carpets to full blown cleaning services. most companies specialize or won't do windows or dust or spot clean etc. Our home office needed deep post Covid refresh and makeover. From the time we scheduled and described the job everyone was professional, on time , amazing package pricing and incredible staff. All very kind knowledgeable and thorough. My husband contacted them at the end of June + received a response extremely quickly that included a quote + more detailed information about services we were looking for. From there, their customer service representative continued to be super responsive + helpful. We set up a July 10th appointment to have two couches, two sets of stairs, + our third floor carpet cleaned. The CC team arrived in a timely manner, worked efficiently, + everything turned out looking AMAZING! Our couches had stains mostly from our two little kids eating or drinking on them, + every time I would see the stains, I'd cringe. The actual service was Stellar! They were fast,friendly and efficient! I should mention that I also utilized the cleaning service. To my surprise they knocked the cleaning and the carpet out at the same time!!! My husband used to be in the navy and went through and did a white glove test(extra I know) passed with FLYING colors! We have an Airbnb in San Diego, the company I usually used was not available for a last minute job, I called Core Carpet Care and they were able to fit me in with a couple days notice. So you can imagine how in desperate need I was in getting my couch deep cleaned. I was honestly ready to toss my couch to the curb, to say the least. But My Carpet Cleaning came through and left my couch looking and smelling brand new. He brought his equipment, worked tirelessly to remove whatever stains my 8 year old might have left on there and all for a great price. He was also very quick to respond and I was lucky to receive same day services. I will definitely be using his services again.
