I only needed a minute (literally one minute) of his time to make my payment, and he seemed annoyed and rushed. I wanted to get through quickly too, as I was at work at the time, but I think politeness to a customer can coexist with being efficient. We shouldn't be made to feel like you're wasting your time. He also seems annoyed that I couldn't remember my unit number. Um, how about I just spent a month moving and I set that storage up a month ago? It's hard to remember every single thing you have to do when moving? If you can look it up by name, as he did, then why are you so annoyed/impatient with your customer? His attitude would make me reconsider using them versus UHaul in the future, as service is really the main difference between the two companies IMO. He did seem to realize at the end of the call that I wasn't appreciating his being short with me. Doris was awesome and made my visit SOOOO much easier than I expected. I've used other storage companies for prior moves and have never had such a good experience. I'm lucky I stopped here first this time--I'd heard good reviews about Doris and she did not disappoint. She was so helpful and kind, and she made getting set up a breeze. It really was the easiest part of my day. Moving can be very stressful and unpleasant, and so I was blown away for this part of my move to be so easy. Please do yourself a favor, if you need storage, go to this CubeSmart location! P.S. You also can't beat the accessibility of the lot where the storage cubes are housed, and also the peace of mind from knowing there is security for your items.
