They mailed me the paperwork and I signed it the same day and dropped it in the mailbox at the USPS OFFICE. After a week of not receiving them they resent papers again that I also signed and mailed the next day also. A few days later my system was locked without warning! I did my part. If these papers were that important why didn't they send the installer out to deliver and get it signed. It was his mistake in the first place. Why am I being punished. I'm the customer.
