I will probably use them again in the future when I plan to install a ubiquiti network system.

We sold the building and they claimed I signed a contract that I had to give them 30 days notice plus they would charge an additional 30 days after that billing cycle. When we canceled the contract, we were only one week into the billing cycle and they for that month plus an additional month. Pretty practices. Glad I'll never have to deal with them again.

I called several other company's that day and the only one that returned my call was Indiana alarm. They sent there team out to inspect our situation and even had the fire marshal out with them to make sure all party's were on the same page so the repairs additions were appropriate to our needs and cost. the work was done flawless and fast with no issues.
