After several months of not getting my alarm issues fixed I finally moved on to another provider. There were a few months left on my contract with USA, I asked Jeff what the buyout was and it was paid in full. Then the next month I was charged another monthly charge for USA who I no longer had service with. I contacted Jeff, he said he would take care of it. After several weeks I didn't get my refund, and he would no longer take my calls or return my text. I finally had to put in a dispute with my bank to get my money back and block USA Alarm from take any more money from my account. Would I recommend USA Alarms to my friends, no way.

We contacted ADT and had a rep to our home, but his follow up with atrocious. I still have yet to hear back from him. Even HIS manager reached out over email to ask how he could help and I haven't heard back from him, either. And that's after two or three legit emails. After finally getting a quote from ADT and another provider, slightly more informed I decided to give Chris Bradford a call with Secured Home Solutions. He was a breath of fresh air. He answered my call, understood what I was looking for and was willing to work with me on pricing. He went to bat for us and we really appreciate it. Next best thing....he was at my house to install our system the very next day. Amazing customer service and follow through. This is how EVERY customer should be treated. Don't mess around with any other ADT rep. If you want to be taken seriously, give Chris a call. You will not be disappointed.

Several phone calls were made and messages were left that went unanswered. I sent emails and they never responded to my emails. I had a friend who referred us to them call to see if he could get a response and they never answered or returned his calls as well. I called their tech support person who answered my call but she never called me back as promised. I called her back and indicated that it appears my calls are being ignored and still no return call. All of this lack of acknowledgement and I owed them no money and we believed our interactions were pleasant. Bills for their services were paid. We owed them nothing. I even tried filing a complaint with the BBB and they couldn't even get a response from them! I don't know what prompted such dismal service. My husband and I felt completely abandoned. The expense to install the cameras was not cheap and we needed the assurance that if the cameras started to malfunction or we had questions we could call this vendor for warranty related help as most companies provide. We got no help. The only reason why my husband and I patronized this business was because a trusted friend who was very pleased with their work referred us. After the way they treated us and after all the money we paid, I wouldn't refer them to anyone. They do not have a reliable customer service line. Perhaps once they got the type of business they desired, they no longer cared about the "little man" who provided the stepping stone that enabled their growth and expansion.

After the second no-show appointment, that was confirmed via email, I chose to move on and find another company because it seems like Adaptive Technology Solutions is all smoke and mirrors. If a company acts like this when they are supposed to be trying to put their best foot forward to earn your business, I would hate to see what happens once you have hired them and they already have your money. We sold the building and they claimed I signed a contract that I had to give them 30 days notice plus they would charge an additional 30 days after that billing cycle. When we canceled the contract, we were only one week into the billing cycle and they for that month plus an additional month. Pretty practices. Glad I'll never have to deal with them again.

Called and got a same-day appointment to have some ethernet cable run from our router to our living…read moreroom. They use CAT-6 cabling at a minimum which is a little more expensive. I would have appreciate the option to use CAT-5 to lower the cost but aside from that David was very profession and gave a very accurate estimate of the time and cost. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after the work was done, tested everything, and i've been satisfied with the work done. I will probably use them again in the future when I plan to install a ubiquiti network system.
