I got the voicemail, so I left a message. Joel called back a short time later and apologized for not being reachable when I first called. We discussed my needs and set up an appointment for Saturday. He had earlier slots, but Saturday worked best for me. He texted when he was on the away and arrived in the initial time slot. Joel worked quickly and was very professional.
