Due to on-going concerns I had about my husband's behavior over the past few months I reluctantly…read moredecided to call a private investigator to discuss my situation with and learn what my options were. My suspicions of infidelity were hard to imagine but I could no longer ignore the signs. I spoke with Chuck Jordan Jr. who seemed to understand my concerns for my 20 year marriage and took the time to really listen to me. We spoke for over an hour on the phone initially and he even agreed to meet with me for another hour in person. By this point I felt total confidence in Chuck and his staff. I felt comforted that he was a former U.S. Marine military police officer and a 12 year police veteran here in Indianapolis. I put my total trust in Jordan and Associates and proceeded to hire them. Within a short time his investigation began producing results and ultimately he obtained the evidence that I had hoped, for my marriage's sake, he wouldn't find. I could no longer let my emotions cloud my judgement. I had to face reality and over time I realized my decision to hire a private investigator was necessary to finally learn the truth. If there are any women out there finding themselves in the same situation I was in 6 months ago, the doubts, the subtle signs and the lies, I encourage you to make the same decision I did.

AN OPEN LETTER AND RESPONSE TO CIPRIANO & MARQUES INVESTIGATIONS…read more Mr. Marques: Every word of my review is true. I know what was said. Your knowledge of my conversations with your associate is 2nd-hand. I'm not saying she's untruthful, but there was a miscommunication. I was clear with her from the outset that I was interested exclusively in learning the cell phone numbers of two people. If she'd told me that you have no way to do that, this dispute would have been avoided. Instead, she quoted me a price of $250, plus $10 more for using a credit card, which I paid. There's nothing in the report I received that I hadn't seen already in a Whitepages report I paid $5 for. If you can't do better, you should subscribe to Whitepages and drop your other database subscriptions. More to the point, your report didn't identify the 2 cell phone numbers I paid you for. I gave your associate an opportunity to reach a negotiated settlement. She said she'd speak with you about it. After 24 hours elapsed with no response, I posted my first review. My purpose should be no mystery. The Internet offers many ways for customers who've been cheated to call attention to a business' misbehavior. There are others. I offer you 3 options: 1. Provide the 2 cell phone numbers I paid you for. 2. Refund my $260, plus $40 more as token compensation for my trouble. 3. Continue as-is. If I don't hear from you by COB Monday, 6-Jan-2025, I'll conclude you've chosen option 3.
