I do want to acknowledge that Memos, who appeared to be the newest employee, was doing his best to help as many customers as possible despite the situation. What concerns me most is that the tracking information I was given at this location did not match the information provided to me by another FedEx center. Given the conflicting information and the way my concerns were handled, I have serious concerns about the handling and accountability of my shipment. I strongly recommend that FedEx management investigate what happened at this location, including the conduct of the employee involved and the conflicting tracking information. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I hope FedEx takes this complaint seriously.

He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT!
