Reply to David: I just recall you saying to email the address on the card and I questioned because it sounded too easy. You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

Look at the results of their service. You can see the border around the art that doesn't match the shirt, the material hard and it doesn't bend like the rest of the shirt. On top of that, they ruined 3 of my shirts by putting the iron-on transfer backwards and said that maybe our staff can wear those.

On this particular day, I needed to print, I needed to copy, and I needed to scan and it was all super simple from one machine. I asked to borrow a pen because I needed to sign something, but they didn't have blue pens, but they did have some for sale which also was super handy so I bought a few pens and I can always use the extra at home. They had scissors and glue sticks that I could use because I had to do a little bit of arts and crafts to what I had printed out before I scanned it.
