In fact, the multi year transformation that its currently undergoing makes it less of a traditional mall and more of a mini city that has spawned into a mixed-use commercial district. Their use of natural lighting all throughout the space makes it an ideal place for a photo in any corner. In addition to the space, many stores have stepped in with a good number that are high-end to appease all of the new money coming into the city of Richmond. One of the most significant transformations has been their food court, which has been dubbed the DiningTERRACE and features a number of food and drink spots. The only downside has been the mediocrity of most spots, which has plenty of room for improvement. Parking is also a mess, especially during the weekend. Ambiance - A good size location. An outdoor outlet mall. 82+ businesses. Plenty of parking. Service - Good, I did more shopping than I typically do. But I wanted to support local. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1993 and with your 21 locations in Canada and Europe (8 countries).
