At first, it seemed minor and I assumed it was normal wear. However, by November 2025, I had to replace the jacket because the zipper failed completely and would no longer zip up. I repurchased the same style because I genuinely liked the jacket. Unfortunately, on just the third wear, I started seeing an excessive amount of feathers all over my clothing. Since then, the feather loss has only gotten worse. To make matters more frustrating, the zipper on this replacement jacket has also failed. Both jackets were purchased intentionally with room to layer underneath, so fit was not an issue. At this point, the jacket is essentially unwearable due to severe down leakage and repeated zipper failure. It's disappointing, but I can now understand why this particular jacket is frequently on sale -- the quality simply isn't there.

Guess the rent is expensive here, for the place feels really tight. I don't even feel so claustrophobic when I shopped Uniqlo in Hong Kong!! Keep an eye out for their sale items. Every week they put something on sale at a nice discount. Very nice value when you consider the quality of the material and workmanship. Typical Japanese simple and durable. Better than Gap, H&M and the like. Their thermal clothing is really comfy too. If you are lucky, you can score at their final sale bin - like $3.90 for a tee shirt - which I did.
