Well i have been to this place 4 times in the same week o_O . I drove up and it had to be out 4 employees just sitting down staring at. sooo i drove around again and drove up just to see if they would budge NOPE not an inch. omg is everyone on the same lunch break or somthing (Mind you it had to be at 1:00) Ok so i drove off to NISSAN. Well they were trying to charge me 95.00 just te even look at the thing naaa naa not up in here im gonna pay you 95.00 to basically just pop my gas tank back in. Sooooo we gave PEP BOYS one more try the next day. We get there and pull up and someone comes out, he inspects the car and says idk whats wrong let me get a second opinion. So he ask another employee this employee totally brushed him off and didnt even bother to come se whats wrong smh. Finally a female associate came out and it was her second day here she told me that is was another pep boys in LITHONIA that forsure knows whats wrong with it. Ok fine im ok with that she was kind enough to give me directions and call over there to let them know the problem and that i would be arriving shortly. Ok so i get to the other pep boys and the guy trevor takes one look at it and instantly pops it right back in place for FREE . (Thank you baby jesus). So im back on my way home and im thinking i need a oil changed and i need somone to look at my brakes, well im already half way to the other pep boys that i initally went to before i said what the heck. So i arrive there and christiana helped me and gave me a nice discount for my trouble. All in all this place was good except for the first two days when no one said a word to me. The original tires were purchased from someone else but the pep boys rep told her that any warranty she had at another tire store would be void because she hit a hole..... "WHAT"!
