My husband was 10 minutes late for an appointment,he called and was informed that he was cancelled and if he made another appointment there would be a $50.00 charge.Needless to say he will not be going back there. The selection is fair and the gal that helps you pick out frames is wonderful. However this business is lacking in a LOT of other areas. The Dr at this office is a very impolite, short with patients and an all around less than pleasant person. Don't expect to get more than 5 minutes with her for 90+ dollars. Although this is a small office, the quality customer service is second to none. Both my wife and I are clients and have always had a great experience, and it starts at the front desk with Morgan. On more than one occasion, I have had to try to schedule an emergency appointment and they always find time to squeeze me in. I've never known any of the doctors to be anything less than pleasant and wonder if the only bad review is made by someone that gets irritated when the sun comes up in the morning. read more

I came to this office searching for a new pair of glasses to replace a pair that I had broken. I selected this location because it happened to be one of the only vision providers in the area that were part of my vision insurance network. My expectation was that I would browse through some frames and pick something that didn't look terrible. Instead, I got to sit down with one of their employees who helped me find the right eyeglass shape for my face and assisted me in choosing a pair that I get frequent compliments on and that was within my budget. All this despite the fact that my prescription came from another office! I would definitely recommend this office and I will be going there for all of my future exams! read more

I love this office! You really feel like a member of a family here. Small enough to really know their patients, but are never too busy to squeeze you in for an appointment. I have had to make a couple of emergency appointments and both times I was seen within two hours of calling. They take the time to find glasses that fit your face and lifestyle, instead of just trying to convince you to buy the most expensive pair. All of the employees are professional and personable. I discovered this office two years ago by word of mouth and haven't gone anywhere else since. I drive by many optometrists on my way to this office and always find it worth it. read more
