I have had consistent migraines Since my new glasses but thought I was in adjustment period. They also are swapping out my frames!!! So I am very happy and ordered my contacts. My family has gone here for 4 yrs. sadly I'm on the verge of bifocals but I wasn't ready to make that jump and the Dr said to put my glasses on top of my head for reading. Which is what I have been doing the past few years without issues. I wish I would have kept that in mind when narrowing down my frames because the ones I purchased have a VERY sensitive spring on the sides. I've always had these kind of glasses so I was surprised when I put them on top my head to read and they fell off my head. I held something up to the light with them on my head and looked up. Mistake. They fell on the floor. I was hating them several hours after I picked them up and got them adjusted because they also CONSTANTLY slide down my nose with the slightest facial expression. I feel like Urkle pushing up my glasses 24/7. Ive had a headache since because I see the top of the frame because they do not stay in place at all. So I Went back for a second adjustment which was less than 24hrs of getting my glasses and conveyed my frustrations. I was basically told sorry nothing can be done since I used my insurance. They suggested to set them down next to me when I need to read something. I laughed and told the lady no I have 3 young kids. Have u ever tried to assemble a bday gift or Xmas gift like a play kitchen or a tool bench and have excited kids next to you "trying to help" ya no. That is a death wish for my frames. I also paid a lot out of pocket for upgrades so I was super excited for these frames. I was told the solution is that I could pay 100% out of pocket for a different pair. Wait what? These frames do not fit. Do not stay on the bridge of my nose. Cause me headaches because the frame is in plain view and fall off my head (now I know frames can't be fit to your head but my last 3 pairs never did this) and NOTHING can be done. Awesome. So I won't be ordering my contacts from them and my family will be finding somewhere else to go. Feel totally ripped off. Noting that my father went in to Stanton Optical becauhis frames were cutting into his temples (didn't fit his head properly) and they happily exchanged his frames that costed a fraction of my frames.

Inept. The doctor I…read moredealt with there was ok, but the entire staff beyond him was worthless. From scheduling appointments and billing me, to performing tests, and fitting glasses, the women were terrible at their jobs and for the most not pleasant to deal with. A woman gave me a test, during which I questioned her doing something a certain way. She told me she was doing it right and continued. When the doctor later commented on the odd results he was seeing, I mentioned my concern and guess what, never having even know of this type of test or the apparatus involved, I knew more about how to do it than the technician assigned to operate it did. The doctor did reprimand her about it, but still. I came in to them explaining how the prior place had messed up the focal points of my lens for my last pair of glasses, and sure enough, they did the same thing. They had taken "pictures" in doing a certain test. On getting my eyes examined the next time (somewhere else), I called to get these "pictures" for the doctor to compare. They not only didn't give me the pictures, but told me I had never had any sort of such a test done, so the pictures didn't exist. A flat out blatant lie. I just don't know if it was ineptitude or to cover up their having lost them. If it weren't for this being something a bit serious, it would be laughable how terrible a place this is.

For me topical gel pain meds that go on the top of eye when the meddle goes deep into your eye does not work.He stated it's not painful I have people from 7 to 85 That get them and they don't think it is painful ,but if you want to scream go ahead I don t care. When l asked him for pain meds or something else he said my insurance does not cover it . It also was painful at the injection site for 10 days I saw Drs at the Cleveland clinic and got a pain shot first and then injection. Much better and one day recovery Now how do you explain that he could not get them to pay another one could ? Part of this practice during the pandemic is to call when you get there and a staff member brings you paperwork if needed. From there at your apot time, you go to a screener in the front foyer where you are asked questions and get your temperature taken before entering. I needed an update on my glasses mostly for nighttime driving and occasionally if my eyes are tired. I'm very lucky as its a tiny prescription and my new glasses have anti-glare which helps a lot with the brighter headlights. I was able to pick up without an appointment but called from my car and picked up in the foyer screening area. For fittings, appointments are required.

They were ordering me new lenses for my glasses on the 23rd of September it is now October 9th and I called because it has been 2 week, I called to check on my lenses to find out they haven't even ordered my new lenses so now it's been over a month. I cannot see out of these lenses they are wrong and now since they have an order them now I'm going to have to wait another couple weeks to get my lenses.
