I have been coming to SVS in Adrian for a few years now. Both my husband and I have had Excellent service. I love my eye Doctor- he is very thorough and takes extra care when my evaluations come due (I am a new diabetic). He takes the time to explain things to me, is patient if I have any questions and was Sooooo Patient with me years ago when I struggled to put contacts in for the first time at the age of 47. Troy is also the guy who usually does the fitting for my glasses, he is fantastic also- works the computer to find the best value for my insurance, he is very proficient at fitting new glasses, and just super friendly. The two ladies at the front desk are ALWAYS cheerful, easy to work with and make scheduling appts. super easy!!! The selection of glasses is also really nice here- modern styles and brands. Great service all around! Thorough eye exam. The Optometrist made me feel at ease - very nice, professional demeanor. The staff was very kind, friendly, helpful and patient as I tried on about a dozen different frames. They took our insurance which really reduced the cost. My glasses were ready for pick up in a week. They fitted them for me just like I wanted - snug. (I swim with mine on.) Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful. My glasses look awesome and I can see everything crystall clear! (I love the progressive lenses!) My husband and I have been SVS Vision customers for 25 - 30 years now. Our visit was awesome. We were late and had to reschedule but they got us in the same day! That was so cool and kind of them, as I realize they didn't have to do that. We only waited about 5 minutes before they took us back for the vision testing. Turns out my son as astigmatism. 5 minutes after the test we were able to put an order in for glasses, fully covered by insurance. They said about 10 days and we can pick them up. The appointment reminders were just right, and the staff was super friendly. The new patient paperwork was a breeze on the tablet. The eye doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly, making it easy to understand. They were relatable and friendly, and they even helped me find a frame that looked great on me. They explained the extra treatments well so I could make an informed decision. And guess what? The glasses came back even faster than we thought! The staff and doctor are very friendly. They have a nice office with a great selection of glasses. The eye doc was detailed with me of my kid's eye sight. I didn't feel like I was brushed off or anything was made up. I use to go to midwest eye consultants. They weren't too bad but I feel like my son's stigma was caught at SVS than Midwest. He always complained about still not seeing things well. My kids are pleased with SVS as well. Keep it up ladies and gents at SVS! read more

Love SVS. Close to home. Having state insurance for glasses is bad enough but they help you select the best glasses to stay in guidelines. My daughter broke her frame and of course she can't go back until June 2024. They explained that I could pay for the frame and not use the insurance which would have put her eligible in 2025. We gave been working together to get my glasses prescription and placement of bi/trifocals areas in correct place. I know it's been an inconvenience for them to keep remaking. It isn't their fault just figured out that the reading part was too low due to the size of the actual lens of new glasses. I'm feeling pretty comfortable that when glasses come back we will have achieved a pair that I can wear and read out of. read more

All were COVID aware with masks and sanitizing after customers. Very pleasant and friendly staff. The young man who helped with my glasses search was very helpful and had a great sense of taste. His name was Troy and he was very knowledgeable. I feel Dr Lee did a thorough eye exam. Overall it was a very positive and pleasant experience. The doctor was very friendly and informative. He made my daughter and I feel comfortable and made jokes. My daughter was unhappy about needing glasses but he used his past experience to ease her tension and made it more fun. They got me in the same day and were efficient. The Doctor (Leigh) was very thorough and he took the time to explain that was happening with my sudden vision changes. I was also fitted with new contacts for the very first time during this visit! I did not think I was even a candidate for contacts prior to this Visit. I love this place I go on there probably 2 days a week to get my glasses straightened lol!! I like how you have to call to make an appointment in the door is locked they let you in when your appointment time is scheduled. All employees wearing masks makes you feel safe and comfortable!!! All staff were wearing masks and following safety protocols & there was only one other customer in the building so I felt very safe. Staff were very helpful and professional. I've always been happy with SVS. Appointments always on schedule. If I have an issue with my glasses there always willing to help me. I' ve stopped in to have frames tightened or nose guard replaced & never hesitated to take care of me. Everyone in the store I find to be very pleasant & helpful. read more

Very short wait time. The Dr. Was very nice and explained everything so I could understand. The staff was also extremely friendly and answered all my questions. Only down side was how far out they have to schedule appointments but honestly it was worth the wait. read more
