I'll start by saying the people who work here are extremely nice. With that said I wouldn't take…read moreanything here to be repaired and anything we have bought from here has broken or stones have fallen out within a few months. The worst thing is I paid for a 14 k yellow gold setting to replace my white gold setting and within 3 months one of the diamonds fell out so I had it repaired. Again in less than a year of getting this new setting (July 2023) the diamond has fallen out for a second time. This time we couldn't find the diamond. :/ Well I definitely wasn't gonna go back for a 3rd time. I had the original setting for 20 years and the diamonds never fell out. So take what you want from that. So I did take it to get fixed at a place that is much more reputable and the woman told me these diamonds should have never been put in a 3 prong setting with prongs as flimsy as these. It was just gonna fall out over and over again. The setting was not made well at all. Over the course of 3 years we bought a bracelet that 3 stones had fallen out of, fixed a gold bracelet that had links only to have it break again within 6 months, bought a necklace with a peridot charm that the necklace broke within a week and of course the ring setting. I will say I bought a beautiful cross necklace that has held up pretty good. I 100 % would not get anything fixed here ever again and be careful what new thing you buy here because in my personal opinion they over charge and it's not a good product. I think the saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" is usually true but in this case it is not. This store is very nice looking but the merchandise is mediocre at best.
