I've been to Brooklyn, fell in love with the culture and the food. I never believed a true slice of New York pizza could exist outside of NYC. Alas, I have found true Pizza Love right here in funky ol' Everett. I have a genuine fondness that borders on obsessive for the Margherita. Ohhh, the sauce is so robust and flavorful, I wonder if I'm committing a cardinal sin enjoying it so much. I felt so cool, folding my slice like a boss. Such a great pie these folks make. I was here on a super busy evening right before a hockey game, even with the long line the pizza was out quick, hot and delicious. Even though we are on the west coast, this is a great, authentic NY style pizza. The ricotta on one of my slices was the most creamy, sweet cheese I've tasted yet. Pizza was pretty tasty and their ranch dressing that came recommended, was great as well! I ordered by the slice and was unsure how long the pizza had been sitting prior to it being finished off in the oven, however it was piping hot when it made it to me. Those positives being said, there were a couple negatives. The number of flies flying around and dead bugs on the window sills is just insane. Not sure if some sort of insect trap or deterrent is too far fetched for this store but it would be a huge improvement, along with regular cleaning of the premises. Final area of opportunity for the store would be employee morale. Everyone seemed so down-in-the-dumps and cold when I came in, almost like customers are a burden to them? Employee who brought me my food didn't even acknowledge me when dropping it at the table. Not sure if it's just the place trying to be "east coast style" throughout, but improving on the atmosphere and cleanliness for customers would be great. Tried the BB pizza today, first off there is no table service so you order and they deliver the pizza to you. Seems like lots of staff milling around not doing anything which was interesting. Where did the Neapolitan style and got the margarita 18 inch pizza. We did not add any thing else. Pizza was delivered hot to our table. If you like razor thin almost cracker crust style pizza then this is for you. I thought it was a bit overcooked as to the crust. The red sauce was very good however they did not use enough, which was unfortunate as it left your mouth dry. Overall, the pizza could've been better if they would've not cooked it as long and use more of the delicious red sauce that's why I'm giving it a three. As to cleanliness it's not the cleanest place but it's a pizza joint so what do you expect. read more

Doesn't look like much from the outside but very friendly service and the pizza was good. I would've been able to enjoy the food a bit more if I wasn't busy swatting all the flies away. I'm not a fan of the napkins they have. They're too small and so thin that you have use so many just to wipe your hands. There was sign on the RR that said the sink didn't work, so that's not great. My wife and I drove about 45 minutes to Brooklyn Bros. pizza in Everett, WA. Over the years this been our "go to" place for pizza in the NW. Hence, the 45-minute drive. I'm originally from New Jersey, so I am a bit of a pizza snob. We arrived just before the lunch hour rush on 9-24-24; order 78. I ordered a large pepperoni with half sausage and two Cokes (fountain drinks). The cost along with tip was $48.69. We waited about 25 to 30 minutes. I figured they were just getting busy. The lady brought out the pizza. Looking at it I thought, "oh, no." The pizza was dry, the crust very firm, the cheese hardened, and it was barely warm. It resembled a bad frozen pizza. All frozen pizzas are pretty bad. I had one slice, and we had to stop there. My wife and I decided to go. My wife said, "I've got to say something." I wanted nothing to do with the complaint, so I shot out of the business door. Cowardly, I know. My wife spoke with the young lady who took our order and she called out, we are assuming, the kitchen manager. She explained the circumstances and the lady just said, "okay, thank you." No inquiry if the pizza had been inadvertently left out too long, no discussion with server, and finally did nothing to mitigate the situation. No, "how can we fix this, let's make you a new pizza, or will give you a full or partial refund." Zero. Let's face it. Paying almost 50 bucks for a pizza is damn near criminal, but doing nothing to correct a situation is insulting. It's basically, if you don't like it "too, bad." I always promoted the business and encouraged my friends and family to stop in and try the place out. The business has clearly change. I think it is now official, you just can get NY/NJ pizza in the Northwest. read more

The best New York style pizza I have ever found in Washington. The crust is hand tossed, thin and crispy on the bottom and edges. Just the way I like it! The sauce and toppings are top notch with just the right amount of cheese, enough that you can taste it but not so much that you choke on it. My favorite is the Bensonhurst with Kalamata olives and artichoke hearts among other yummy items. I love it as is or sometimes order pepperoni on top. Very casual and relaxed just like you're in a New York pizza joint. Ordered pizza online ahead of time. Arrived and they were very busy, which is fine. Asked someone where to pickup my order, they said I had to wait in an over 10 minute line, only to get to the front and tell me they have to still finish cooking the pizza. I'm now 30 minutes since I arrived for what should be a simple pickup. When I share my concerns, the woman up front was incredibly rude and condescending. I've been going to Brooklyn bros for years. Today, July 16, 2024, I grabbed my dog and kids and went for a pizza. We sat on the patio. As I was ordering, the wooden table flipped over, causing my kids to smash their heads on the concrete. The tabletop umbrella bent from the force. A visiting manager(?) on the way out stopped at my children and scalded them for having the dog on the patio. By that time, I had made my way outside, I asked her when the rule had changed since I had always brought my dog. I am upset that this woman was more worried about my (service) dog being on the wrong side of the rope than she was about my children falling and smashing their heads on the concrete. I am upset that this is not the first time these tables have toppled and they still haven't secured them, I'm upset that they've changed the rules and didn't have any signage. read more

This is a great family place that gives you the tastes of a Brooklyn Pie! I have tasted a New York pizza and they are spot on. It must be the water! I love their selection and their sauce is mouth drooling good. I was told that the deep dish Sicilian was "ok", so I tried it to form my own opinion. It's not "ok" it's great! The bake they get on the crust is perfect. Crisp on the edges and soft in the center. The toppings are not sparse, so each mouthful is a perfect bite. I liked them so much I used them to cater an event of mine. They were right on time! I also love the atmosphere, the music is so iconic you'll be finding yourself singing along with every tune that comes on. This is a must try if you're in Everett or even in Seattle! I tell her it's my first time and they all start cheering, it was cute! She was a great help with my decision cause they all look sooo good. I love how you can order by the slice. I started with the Hudson, I loved the ingredients but it was a little under cooked and maybe sat a little too long. I also had a Caesar salad that was simple and delicious. I had to try another so I got the Sicilian which is a thick crust, it was delicious! This one was nice and crispy on the edges. I'll definitely be back! Keep up the great customer service!! We stopped into this place before a Silvertips game. Got. Dang. This is some quality pizza. Like... Real top-notch, quality pizza. Like pizza I'd walk 500 miles for, in blue-suede shoes, like an Egypian, on sunshine; which is all the things the flavor of the pizza also was. I'm not saying it tastes like blue-suede shoes; but it tastes as good as blue-suede shoes look. I digress. I also loved the vibe of the place, random writings all over the wall, not dirty or run-down but still a local, old, hole in the wall kinda feeling. Just felt like the solid, local pizza place that it is. And the pizza is really good. Solid beer selection on tap too which is nice. Prices were pretty decent. And the pizza was tasty af. You know. Let's keep it 1980's PG... Though they definitely dropped F-bombs in 1980's PG movies. There wasn't parental guidance in the 80's so they didn't know how to label those movies. Bruce and I had never been to Brooklyn Bros., until after our Grandsons half time show playing flag football, May 18, 2024. After the game, we walked down Hewitt and we loved the look of the pizza and the arome drew us in. We ordered 18", 1/2 cheese, 1/2 sausage and 14" Pepperoni. This pizza was delicious, the staff were so welcoming, great eye contact, well groomed (for food service) and happy. The pizza was thin crusted but fresh not crunchy. The Pepperoni was a little skimpy as was sausage but delicious. The pie itself was cooked to perfection! The only thing, "I" needed a little more sausage and pepperoni, (I'd pay extra) and maybe a little more sauce. (It was amazing) We were so happy to find our next pizza place in Washington State in downtown Everett. Oh yes, we definitely will patronize again. read more

Really as good as it gets here in the PNW! We've been coming here for the last 6 months and each time has been fantastic. We started off with slices, and are now getting whole pies. Why weren't we doing that sooner? I'm still in disbelief lol. Let me back it up by stating that the slices by themselves are droolworthy, but what really makes the experience is the location and the ambience of the space. I have read the stories behind the business and the scribbles on the wall add that layer of authenticity that the pizza brings. It is truly family-friendly and the energy is warm, upbeat, and fun. Best of all, the staff look like they are enjoying themselves while flinging the pizza pie crusts in the air! We've had their Bay Ridge (mushroom, pepperoni, red onion), Bowery (pepperoni, Italian sausage, roasted garlic), Village Margherita (Fresh mozzarella, Pecorino romano, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, sea salt and San Marzano tomato sauce) and they are all wonderful. When you get it fresh and piping hot, that crunch from the initial bite is pure bliss. I don't know what they do to their pepperoni, but it's cupped in a way that holds the flavor as you bite into it, and yet it's not overly salty! All of their pies are well-balanced in flavor and sauce, and there isn't one bite that is missing one ingredient. Really, they have turned pizza making into an art. Prices are beyond reasonable and it's great that they have other locations as well. This is my favorite location though. A couple things to note - parking is normally not an issue, but when there's programming at the arena across the street, be aware that the adjacent parking lot charges $20. Also, they have ample space for a birthday party and any fun gathering. It's always a treat to come here and enjoy a slice of NY goodness, and I highly recommend coming by here for a quick bite or a longer stay! After you've stuffed yourself silly with pizza, take a stroll over to Wetmore Ave. and visit the Funko world. read more

FINALLY found a decent pizza place that satisfies the inner NY'er in me and lives up to standards. The dough is thin and has a bite to it. The cheese and sauce have just enough depth that other places severely lack. The specialty pizzas seem to have fresh ingredients. I'm glad it didn't disappoint given the name of this place. Gotta knock off a star for some flaws. A slice is almost $4 which is pretty steep. I'm desperate enough for good NY style pizza to pay for it, especially traveling out of my way. The pepperoni slice had barely 4-5 small pieces on it, WTH? That needs to be improved for the price. read more
