Asked someone where to pickup my order, they said I had to wait in an over 10 minute line, only to get to the front and tell me they have to still finish cooking the pizza. I'm now 30 minutes since I arrived for what should be a simple pickup. When I share my concerns, the woman up front was incredibly rude and condescending. I've been going to Brooklyn bros for years. Today, July 16, 2024, I grabbed my dog and kids and went for a pizza. We sat on the patio. As I was ordering, the wooden table flipped over, causing my kids to smash their heads on the concrete. The tabletop umbrella bent from the force. A visiting manager(?) on the way out stopped at my children and scalded them for having the dog on the patio. By that time, I had made my way outside, I asked her when the rule had changed since I had always brought my dog. I am upset that this woman was more worried about my (service) dog being on the wrong side of the rope than she was about my children falling and smashing their heads on the concrete. I started with the Hudson, I loved the ingredients but it was a little under cooked and maybe sat a little too long. I also had a Caesar salad that was simple and delicious. I had to try another so I got the Sicilian which is a thick crust, it was delicious! This one was nice and crispy on the edges. I'll definitely be back! Keep up the great customer service!! Bruce and I had never been to Brooklyn Bros., until after our Grandsons half time show playing flag football, May 18, 2024. After the game, we walked down Hewitt and we loved the look of the pizza and the arome drew us in. We ordered 18", 1/2 cheese, 1/2 sausage and 14" Pepperoni. This pizza was delicious, the staff were so welcoming, great eye contact, well groomed (for food service) and happy. The pizza was thin crusted but fresh not crunchy. The Pepperoni was a little skimpy as was sausage but delicious. The pie itself was cooked to perfection! The only thing, "I" needed a little more sausage and pepperoni, (I'd pay extra) and maybe a little more sauce. Like pizza I'd walk 500 miles for, in blue-suede shoes, like an Egypian, on sunshine; which is all the things the flavor of the pizza also was. This is a great family place that gives you the tastes of a Brooklyn Pie! I have tasted a New York pizza and they are spot on. It must be the water! I love their selection and their sauce is mouth drooling good. I was told that the deep dish Sicilian was "ok", so I tried it to form my own opinion. It's not "ok" it's great! The bake they get on the crust is perfect. Crisp on the edges and soft in the center. The toppings are not sparse, so each mouthful is a perfect bite. I liked them so much I used them to cater an event of mine. They were right on time! I also love the atmosphere, the music is so iconic you'll be finding yourself singing along with every tune that comes on. This is a must try if you're in Everett or even in Seattle! Everett WA. Ordered take out and told 25 minutes. Showed up in 10 and it was ready 5 minutes later. I always do that because the timing is never right and I don't want my pizza sitting under a warmer for 10 minutes. Glad I did. Pizza topping were pretty good, not really plentiful, but tasty. The crust is better right out of the oven and the foldability of the slice was below average. Still could fold but more of a cracker crust than a chewy one. The pizza here is amazing. The ingredients are super fresh and the combinations are delicious. My husband does not normally eat pizza, but LOVES the pizza here. The balance of crust to sauce to toppings to cheese is perfection. This is not a place that will give you crust barely glazed in sauce. They serve slices all day and you can also order anything fresh off their menu. We have also gotten pizza to go from here and we're just as satisfied at home as we were in the storefront. When we arrived inside dog in Carriier we ordered with the dog right in front of the cashier. Really as good as it gets here in the PNW! We've been coming here for the last 6 months and each time has been fantastic. We started off with slices, and are now getting whole pies. Why weren't we doing that sooner? I'm still in disbelief lol. Let me back it up by stating that the slices by themselves are droolworthy, but what really makes the experience is the location and the ambience of the space. I have read the stories behind the business and the scribbles on the wall add that layer of authenticity that the pizza brings. It is truly family-friendly and the energy is warm, upbeat, and fun. Best of all, the staff look like they are enjoying themselves while flinging the pizza pie crusts in the air! We've had their Bay Ridge (mushroom, pepperoni, red onion), Bowery (pepperoni, Italian sausage, roasted garlic), Village Margherita (Fresh mozzarella, Pecorino romano, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, sea salt and San Marzano tomato sauce) and they are all wonderful. When you get it fresh and piping hot, that crunch from the initial bite is pure bliss. I don't know what they do to their pepperoni, but it's cupped in a way that holds the flavor as you bite into it, and yet it's not overly salty! All of their pies are well-balanced in flavor and sauce, and there isn't one bite that is missing one ingredient. Really, they have turned pizza making into an art. Prices are beyond reasonable and it's great that they have other locations as well. This is my favorite location though. A couple things to note - parking is normally not an issue, but when there's programming at the arena across the street, be aware that the adjacent parking lot charges $20. Also, they have ample space for a birthday party and any fun gathering. It's always a treat to come here and enjoy a slice of NY goodness, and I highly recommend coming by here for a quick bite or a longer stay! After you've stuffed yourself silly with pizza, take a stroll over to Wetmore Ave. and visit the Funko world. read more

FINALLY found a decent pizza place that satisfies the inner NY'er in me and lives up to standards. The dough is thin and has a bite to it. The cheese and sauce have just enough depth that other places severely lack. The specialty pizzas seem to have fresh ingredients. I'm glad it didn't disappoint given the name of this place. Gotta knock off a star for some flaws. A slice is almost $4 which is pretty steep. I'm desperate enough for good NY style pizza to pay for it, especially traveling out of my way. Had to wait 10 minutes. The salad I ordered was not the salad I ordered. They must have over ordered croutons because there were more croutons on my wrong salad than there was lettuce!
