Any pizza place that sells it by the slice already has a like spot in my heart. Then I I walked into the restaurant and I was home. I think I might have had a few tears rolling down my cheeks. I ordered a red wine while I waited for my slice of pepperoni pie and cannoli. I loved it, the wine was 14 horses. Which for the area is good wine but it was glass that the wine was poured in. Top tier ingredients. Cool yet hardworking people. Family friendly yet you can hang with a friend or a first date to even a night out with a significant other. The pizzas are great. Again they use top tier ingredients but pending on how busy they are your pie can be just good, which is "good" or fantastic. I know they have other locations but the Everett one is my go to. Visited this location for the first time as a pit stop on our way to Kirkland. Upon coming in, the place smells wonderful. The decor is very interesting with graffiti on the walls. Tables and chairs are set a little tight if you're more than a group of two. You order in line, cashier gives you a table number, and the employee brings the food out to your table. We ordered a few beers, field greens salad, and three kinds of pizza - margherita, pepperoni and The Bowery. Their New York style pizza is absolutely delicious. The crust is thin with just enough crunch. Next time we visit, we'll make sure to try the other locations as well. It's located in a metro area. Self serve seating. Staff is friendly and pleasant. The pizza was nearly tasteless with little sauce and probably 25 tiny cup and curl pepperonis on the whole pie. If there was sauce on it, I could hardly taste it. The crust was airy and cracker-like. The beer selection on draft was good, but this pizza is too expensive to be this bland. If I didn't have a beer that I could taste with it, I would have almost thought I had COVID. The ambiance is non-existent with walls full of signatures, pics of New York, art of a clown holding a Chicago pizza box (?), no music playing and kids running next to my seat. Apparently, they make their crust at an offsite location and a few reviews actually rave about their crust. These slices are thin, crispy and soft just like a NY pizza should be! We were walking by on a hot Sunday afternoon and saw a group enjoying pizza outside and as we strolled downtown we didn't see many people out but we kept seeing some walking by with the same pizza boxes. Right before leaving we saw there were other people here and to have a steady crowd must mean good pizza so we quickly headed in before closing! We went with a slice of The Bowery and The Bay Ridge. The Bowery has pepperoni, Italian sausage, and roasted garlic. The Bay Ridge is topped with pepperoni, mushroom, and red onion. Both slices together came out to about $10. The first bite had a satisfying crunch that shocked us both and was so so good! I see what people mean about the crust! I loved the Bowery the most and ordered it because I saw a delicious looking slice in the window but now looking through their menu online, I will definitely be making an order for more. It's pretty disheartening that they took their beverage station away, now they sell bottled/canned beverages and some draft beers only. There's something about having an ice cold soda with your pizza that can't be replaced by a kind of chilled bottle of Coke. I can only imagine they had trouble with the homeless...either that or they didn't want to spend money on a new beverage machine which is kind of ridiculous because they're always busy. I find that their single slices are always crispier than when I order their whole pizzas. Their marinara sauce is to die for!! Whenever I go pick up, the staff is always very nice and gives me updates on when the food would be ready. The restaurant itself is quite big, suitable for both big parties and small. I highly recommend ordering the breadsticks with mozzarella- they come with ranch and marinara, they're so good! The ones that stand out are their margarita, Bowery and Hudson. The ingredients are of very high quality that each bite is a mouthful of heavenliness. Cannot go wrong with any of these flavors. Seriously good pizza that kept us full for days! Reheated well at home. We ordered the Sicilian pizza with mushroom after deliberating for a while on whether to get a regular or Sicilian-style. Loved how wonderfully doughy and satisfying the crust was, and the crispy cheese on the sides is heavenly. The sauce was also seasoned really well. Amazing. And the size! Whew! We ended up waiting a bit for our to-go, and when they were loading the pizza up into the box, a piece flipped a bit, spilling some cheese. No big deal, but they immediately offered to toss in a free slice for us, no questions asked. So sweet! Who would say no? So, we got to try the traditional crust pizza as well. It was much thinner and packed a punch of flavor, too. I think we had one with Mediterranean vegetables - artichoke and red onion and feta. It was great. Tried the BB pizza today, first off there is no table service so you order and they deliver the pizza to you. Seems like lots of staff milling around not doing anything which was interesting. Where did the Neapolitan style and got the margarita 18 inch pizza. We did not add any thing else. Pizza was delivered hot to our table. If you like razor thin almost cracker crust style pizza then this is for you. I thought it was a bit overcooked as to the crust. The red sauce was very good however they did not use enough, which was unfortunate as it left your mouth dry. Overall, the pizza could've been better if they would've not cooked it as long and use more of the delicious red sauce that's why I'm giving it a three. As to cleanliness it's not the cleanest place but it's a pizza joint so what do you expect. read more

The best New York style pizza I have ever found in Washington. The crust is hand tossed, thin and crispy on the bottom and edges. Just the way I like it! The sauce and toppings are top notch with just the right amount of cheese, enough that you can taste it but not so much that you choke on it. My favorite is the Bensonhurst with Kalamata olives and artichoke hearts among other yummy items. I love it as is or sometimes order pepperoni on top. Very casual and relaxed just like you're in a New York pizza joint. My wife and I drove about 45 minutes to Brooklyn Bros. pizza in Everett, WA. Over the years this been our "go to" place for pizza in the NW. Hence, the 45-minute drive. I'm originally from New Jersey, so I am a bit of a pizza snob. We arrived just before the lunch hour rush on 9-24-24; order 78. I ordered a large pepperoni with half sausage and two Cokes (fountain drinks). The cost along with tip was $48.69. We waited about 25 to 30 minutes. I figured they were just getting busy. The lady brought out the pizza. Looking at it I thought, "oh, no." The pizza was dry, the crust very firm, the cheese hardened, and it was barely warm. It resembled a bad frozen pizza. All frozen pizzas are pretty bad. I had one slice, and we had to stop there. My wife and I decided to go. My wife said, "I've got to say something." I wanted nothing to do with the complaint, so I shot out of the business door. Cowardly, I know. My wife spoke with the young lady who took our order and she called out, we are assuming, the kitchen manager. She explained the circumstances and the lady just said, "okay, thank you." No inquiry if the pizza had been inadvertently left out too long, no discussion with server, and finally did nothing to mitigate the situation. No, "how can we fix this, let's make you a new pizza, or will give you a full or partial refund." Zero. Let's face it. Paying almost 50 bucks for a pizza is damn near criminal, but doing nothing to correct a situation is insulting. It's basically, if you don't like it "too, bad." I always promoted the business and encouraged my friends and family to stop in and try the place out. The business has clearly change. I think it is now official, you just can get NY/NJ pizza in the Northwest. read more

Brooklyn Bros is the closest thing I've found to the NY-style pizza I remember from when I actually lived in Brooklyn. It's all in the crust, and theirs is thin and crispy with the right amount of chewy goodness. Parking can be a bit of a pain, even though there's a lot nearby. The parking on the street can be full, so it's best to call ahead and pick up if you can. I recommend the Bay Ridge (pepperoni, mushroom, and red onion) which sounds like something I would eat if I fell asleep on the R train, missed my stop and had to get off at Bay Ridge - 95th. There's lots of pizza to be had in Everett. Brooklyn Bros is among the cream of the crop. read more

Alas, I have found true Pizza Love right here in funky ol' Everett. I have a genuine fondness that borders on obsessive for the Margherita. I ordered by the slice and was unsure how long the pizza had been sitting prior to it being finished off in the oven, however it was piping hot when it made it to me. Those positives being said, there were a couple negatives. The number of flies flying around and dead bugs on the window sills is just insane. Not sure if some sort of insect trap or deterrent is too far fetched for this store but it would be a huge improvement, along with regular cleaning of the premises. Final area of opportunity for the store would be employee morale. Everyone seemed so down-in-the-dumps and cold when I came in, almost like customers are a burden to them? Employee who brought me my food didn't even acknowledge me when dropping it at the table. Not sure if it's just the place trying to be "east coast style" throughout, but improving on the atmosphere and cleanliness for customers would be great. Even though we are on the west coast, this is a great, authentic NY style pizza. The ricotta on one of my slices was the most creamy, sweet cheese I've tasted yet. Says delivery is available on their website from all 3 locations, but when you try it defaults to only Everett and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it from Mill Creek.
