I love this place. It excellent quality, delicious healthy food. There smoothies are refreshing and the atmosphere is very chill cozy, neighborhood friendly, and open to the diversity of people that live in the neighborhood. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because they HAVE to get their hours sorted out. I've gone there a few different times when their posted hours said they were open -- only to show up and find them closed. Brooklyn Blend is my favorite go-to spot for breakfast, lunch AND dinner in the neighborhood. I live only a few blocks away and am so happy to have Brooklyn Blend nearby. Their smoothies and juices are delicious--try the Von King Park green juice if you're looking for something refreshing and healthy, the Fulton Street smoothie shake, or the Schmorgasburg shake. Don't forget they have killer ginger and wheat grass shots too. While everything on their menu is delicious, I usually order the Franklyn Avenue Frittata or Dekalb Avenue sandwich for breakfast. For lunch and dinner I order my favorite item --the salmon sandwich. I have dreams about this sandwich it's so good! Sometimes I add avocado but the sandwich with no add-ons is perfect. The fingerling potatoes go great as a side. I've brought family and friends here too and they all love it. My sister loves the salmon salad. Sometimes they have soup which is SO SO tasty! I had seriously one of the best smoothies I've ever had here, and have heard nothing but great things about the food. However, the restaurant is really unprepared to handle the amount of orders it receives. Service is consistently slow to the point of being conspicuously slow. Brooklyn Blend is a great addition to the changing Bed-Stuy neighborhood. The staff was friendly and engaging. I had the Park Slope Salmon Salad which was delicious they modify the salad to your specifications (I asked for avocado to be added). I brought my brother the Park Slope Salmon Sandwich which he loved. The decor is tasteful with plenty of open space. I will be coming back for one of their specialty shakes/juices/smoothies I was given a sample of their Fulton St smoothie (it was delicious). read more

My favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. The owner is always so nice and personable and the staff is beyond accommodating and friendly. The food in incredible, and the smoothies and juices are delicious. They give you an orange slice with the ginger shots which i didn't know i needed until i had it. Ok so just so you know I'm not an angry blogger I don't normally do this and myself and others recommended by me have ordered from this establishment a few times in the past but after today I will not support these guys. I ordered my meal through the Uber eats app, I made a mistake with my order and cancelled within the first 10 seconds of my order maximum. This business saw it fit to charge me $22.36 fee for an order that was $32. After I called Uber Eats services and confirmed that nothing further could be done, and my money was now property of the establishment the only other option was to go get it myself since Brooklyn blend claimed that "the order was already made (prepared)". Fine!! Then so be it! So Here I am elated my I can still at least get my meal after a 17min drive at least and now I'm calling to confirm with the restaurant and they're screening my calls!! I mean I must have called 7x ... spaced out.. all numbers listed. No answer, the phone connects and disconnects. These same numbers I called 10mins ago to confirm that that was indeed the service fee. Needless to say I had drive to this place to pick it up and to my surprise... there is no order ready. So here I am again with a 20 min wait for them to remake or actually make the order. All the while they'd answer the phones at will in front of me. Not terribly busy. This is absolutely unprofessional for a young business of the community. I had to come here to get my own food without proper correspondence and despite a ridiculous cancelation fee. If it were not for the young African American cashiers courtesy this place would get zero stars. This whole ordeal could've been circumvented has someone answer my questions correctly. You would've left me with 22 bucks less, and no food.You have absolutely poor customer service skills and I will be reporting to you to BBB. read more

Upon moving adjacent to Williamsburg, I wanted to scout out decent healthy food options around me. The search was not as fruitful as desired until I found Brooklyn Blend. I was skeptical on how "healthy" this place may be as well as their quality of fish (salmon), being one of the most popular and used ingredients on their menu. I was very pleasantly surprised to see that everything from the bun to the juices - etc., was made from fresh healthy ingredients. The prices are also very fair for the items they create. Brooklyn Blend also has very kind employees with a strong drive for optimal customer service. Very happy with my experiences here, and plan to visit more often. Highly recommend for those seeking healthy natural meals as well as a break from the plethora of corner store/chinese/random eats, near by. Give this a shot! You won't be disappointed. read more

This place is right around the corner and has been doing tons of business since it opened a couple years ago. They have really hit their stride and have great customer service, a shorter wait time than the past, and the food is so delicious! I just tried the wild rice & pigeon peas with salmon for the first time and wish I had tried it earlier--it's so tasty! Visiting a friend in the area. Had food from here 1 night for delivery, Went to the restaurant the net day. Both times the food (and drinks) and service were good. The young lady on the phone when I ordered for delivery was a bit abrupt, but somewhat understandable given what seemed to be the noise level on her end at the time. The food was very fresh and tasty. Only suggestion--if they are going to market themselves as a juice bar they should offer (or at least suggest combinations for) a juice cleanse--even if only a 3-5 day. Oh--and the juice I ordered included celery. It was a consensus among myself and others that have eaten here that they need to lighten up on the amount of celery as the taste is overwhelming and ordered without the celery (or with less celery) the same drink is quite good. All in all you should def try this place! read more

I always get mine med rare, and I get my husband med, because theres no way we're sharing (even though the sandwich are quite large, almost always have to force my self to put the sandwich down and save the other half for later, doesn't always work, just too good). I would recommend asking for extra sauce, chipotle mayo, it just takes the sandwich to another level! And their juices are also so incredible! Been here a few times. Everything has been great so far. The Park Slope Salmon Salad is fantastic. I let a co-worker try it and she asked me to start bringing them to her. I work in Manhattan. Tompkins Tilapia Sandwich is also fantastic. As for the juices, the Promenade (with ginger) and the Bed-Stuy Beet have a become a regular part of my weekly routine. I will admit that I came here in several occasions to study and I do get people will talk etc but the staff has kids that are constantly running around making loud noises making it hard to concentrate. They run around bothering other customers which is quite annoying.
