She was truly a pleasure to deal with. The negative review comes from the so-called manager of this location, walking in and being completely rude He needs to work somewhere else because he obviously did not want to be at work that day, and never even acknowledged us. First of all, I had absolutely no intention of spending that kind of money on a Love seat... not…read morebecause it doesn't warrant it, but because we just recently painted and are in the process of recarpeting our entire home and have already bought some furniture. I am a very skeptical person...my son does a lot of research I do as well, but again having no intention of purchasing anything I didn't even bother to do any research. Sure I've heard of Love Sac but what I've heard of is the big sack not the furniture although I've seen the commercials first thing I thought of oh my God it's not worth it it's so expensive...well Erin sure changed my thinking with facts...the only way I will buy! Erin is an incredible teacher and the absolute BEST at what she does...I sat and listened to her like I never listen to any professors before! She explained everything and as a former personnel Director and having hired, trained and recruited people for over 25 years what I will tell you is she is the absolute best! I wish I could've found one employee that was 1/2 as confident, helpful compassionate and caring as she is. It takes a lot for somebody to "sell me something" and she didn't even use any high pressure tactics she only gave me information, however in her soft spoken yet assertive way she nailed it! Well of course, I had to think about it, which I did, never left the parking lot came back into the store and purchased my first Love Sac but what I will tell you this, it will not be my last . The product can be the best product in the world but if you don't have the right individual to explain how it works and explains the benefits of the product it doesn't matter how good the product is. I have never been so impressed by someone as I am with Erin. She is by far the most competent, truly charming, honest, ethical I could go on and on but what I will say is I will never purchase from anybody but her. I have already referred two friends to Love Sac specifically to go speak with her! she is one in a billion and I am so thankful that my son made me go in there and talk to her. Again, she initially explained to me the pricing within one minute I said no I'm not interested but then she explained all the benefits and literally turned my mind totally around. But did it in a way that didn't make me feel pressured I have mentioned this several times because now days anything one buys that's a higher price range One gets highly pressured and it totally turns me off. Just give me the facts, and help me understand why I should buy this product and why it's better than anything else on the market. Erin did that with flying colors. Not sure what your waiting for but if you enjoy comfort, diversity (so amazing how you change your furniture to look different, was the covers, omg the absolute best purchase I have bought in I don't know how long.....thank you Erin...your the best!
