Mary is always so responsive, kind and flexible - which is so important when you have a dog. There have been multiple occasions where we need to switch days, length of walks, or add on an additional walk. Mary has almost always been able to accommodate us! My pup can be nervous around new people when her humans aren't around, and they have all been wonderfully patient with our pup. Typically there's one walker who is assigned, which is wonderful for consistency, especially when she was younger. Her whole team is amazing - Sophia, Jen, Matt, and Debra. When I returned a couple of hours later, I found that my instructions regarding her meals were directly disregarded. Not only was there mess of fecal matter left at the back of our home, but I found that Penny had another full bowl of kibble despite her eating prior to me leaving her. Penny's health conditions make it so that she shouldn't have no more than a full bowl of kibble a day. If she does she risks exacerbating her health conditions. Jennifer was extremely careless in her care taking and for that I will no longer be a customer.
