Like most consignment stores, Simple Finds is overwhelming with the amount of inventory they have. It is stacked from entry to exit, from wall to wall and floor to ceiling! They have all the varieties of items you would expect at a consignment store from jewelry, art, furniture, tchotchkes, statues, records, lighting and much more. We like to wander around consignment shops and this area of Chamblee Dunwoody, they are plentiful. So, when we make our trip over this way Simple Finds is always on the list to swing by. We are usually after unique furniture items, and on their good days, Simple Finds has a decent selection from small tables to large cabinets, etc...Outside of the furniture, there is not a lot of items that are eye catching for us here. Service is hit and miss here, never terrible, but also not what I would describe as "friendly" either. Additionally, pricing here is a bit inflated. I get the whole "one persons trash is another persons treasure", but come on... Overall, Simple Finds is a random weekend stop for us on occasion. We purchased a bed frame from Arhaus and waited approximately 10 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately,…read moreour experience from that point forward was very disappointing. When the bed frame arrived, it had visible dirty marks and stains on it. During the delivery, one of the delivery personnel became argumentative and aggressive when my wife pointed out the issues. Interestingly, once I arrived and became involved in the conversation, his attitude changed significantly. After contacting Arhaus, they eventually sent an assessor to inspect the bed frame. During the inspection, the assessor acknowledged that the lighting in the room was not ideal and stated that he could not clearly determine whether the marks were dirt or another issue. Based on his assessment, he indicated that he would recommend replacing the bed frame. However, when Arhaus later contacted us, we were told that the assessor reported the bed frame was fine and that he did not see any issues. This directly contradicted what was communicated to us during the inspection. For a premium furniture company with premium pricing, we expected much better customer service, quality control, and follow-through. The lengthy wait time, poor delivery experience, and inconsistent handling of our claim left us frustrated and disappointed.
