This is the best place around that I've had brick oven pizza! They only have one size, personal, which was a neat concept to me. I was with a larger party and we ordered numerous different kinds. They were all delicious! Fresh ingredients and a very personable staff. I'll definitely be returning! read more

This pizza just makes me happy! The best Neapolitan Pizza in the valley. The sauce has great flavor. The crust is perfectly crispy. Been here numerous times, never disappointed. Extensive menu with numerous sauce options (red, white, pesto). Their sausage is out of this world. Haven't found a bad pizza yet. read more

Best pizza place I have found in the valley. Not your typical pizza, they make the dough themselves with grain from Italy. The toppings are unique and delicious. One pizza is about aeal for one person but my wife and I shared each other's. read more

Great little wood fired pizza place in Neenah and service equally amazing! The real reason for this review is the absolutely perfect job they did at our wedding last weekend. We honestly cannot say enough about the quality, service, ease to work with, etc. etc. We had questions/concerns pre-wedding regarding how to set the dinner up, how to serve pizza to 200 people, and how our guests would react to pizza for dinner at a wedding. Keith had answers/suggestion to all of this and put our mind at ease. I can't imagine it working out any better than it did. Our guests loved the pizza and raved about the dinner for the rest of the evening. This is my first written review (after many years of "yelping") and it is for a very important reason: whether you dine in or have an event catered - Broken Tree Pizza is top notch! read more

Pizza was good but that's about it. Service was slow, we each had one piece of pizza from the lunch buffet because the entire hour we were there, the pizza was gone as soon as it hit the buffet with big groups that would demolish the small 5 12" pizzas that were there. $38 dollars plus a $7 tip later, I left with 2 hungry, crying little boys. Sorry but don't recommend for a family and we won't be back... read more

Great pizza! Probably the best pizza place nearby! The sauce is a little bit sweet, but it works out because they have salty pepperoni .

Excellent pizza! Get the Italian pie, it might be my favorite in all the area. We got carry out and it didn't take too long considering the restaurant was packed that night. Looked like they have a good beer selection and I'd like to go back and dine in. read more

Best pizza ever!!! Wonderful waiter with a great sense of humor. Can't wait to go back.

Excellent flavors and the pizza crust is outstanding! Thin, flaky and just a bit of chewiness. Check them out!

Great service. The pizzas were well above average but the highlight of the meal was the Basil Broken Bread. I could have made a meal of that alone. It was nice to have a marinara sauce on a pizza that actually had some flavor and spice in it. Makes me want to see what their other sauces are like. I will go back. Might even stop this week to try the lunch buffet. read more

Wood fired oven, and lots of original pizza choices or you can BYO. Fresh ingredients and wonderful crust that is chewy but not too doughy. Great service from Jonny (two N's, no H!). It is a nice addition to downtown Neenah. They also have great local WI beer choices on draft which is a great touch. read more

Food was good but all of our pizzas could use more toppings. They were were very skimpy on the toppings. It was very loud in there. Ice cream was good but pricey. read more

My wife and I were Lion's Tail brew Pub. We hadn't eaten because we knew that we could order from Broken Tree Pizza. Shortly after we got our beer order, we looked at the Broken Tree Menu. We decided on the Fun Guy Pizza. The pizza was delivered in timely manner. Today I checked the menu to try and remember the pizza we ordered. I realized that we had ordered the Fun Guy. I also found the best example of Truth in Advertising. The menu said Portobello mushroom. This is true because, I think one mushroom was finely chopped and sprinkled on the pizza. Since we both use readers, we had a hard time finding any mushroom. The next time we go to the Lions Tail, we will have eaten first. We had looked forward to the pizza, because others had said that they were good. read more

I never double back for a review but this one is for the buffet. The staff just wasn't demonstrating any kind of Cust service.I would be a fool if the buffet was gonna walk me around the menu like pizza ranch or Ci-ci's and doesnt have to, but come on, at least one premium once in a while. The only one I saw was the veggie one. I swore the only meat was chicken or pepperoni. You got weird combos like pepperoni and olives. People barely ate it, was it way to deter people from eating too much? I will continue eating there but I will avoid the buffet for now on. read more

The lunch buffet is perfect - so many great flavors and you can eat a lot without feeling overly stuffed. A cold Coke, good friends, and 3 or 4 plates of pizza make for an amazing start to any afternoon :) read more

Probably one of the best pizza joints in the fox valley area. Pizzas are individual sizes so it's nice to get a few and share. Great flavors. Cool staff. Best part, there's a ice cream shop right inside/beside! read more

I just have to say how amazing this pizza is. The first time we went the server was super friendly. She explained well the menu and the drinks. I always get treated so well when we come to order food. We usually order a personal pizza and a appetizer it comes out to be around $22. It's defiantly a fair price for a great quality pizza. One suggestion I do have is I would love to see a better desert menu it would complete the menu. Can't wait to go back again. read more

I wouldn't recommend the lunch buffet. The pizzas were thin with few toppings, didn't taste very fresh, and just overall not enjoyable. The side salad also seemed lackluster. In general it didn't strike me as very sophisticated food. However I may have had a uniquely negative experience, and after seeing all the positive reviews I would be willing to come back for dinner for another try. The pizza prices here are a good deal compared to other local places nearby. read more

Excellent Pizza and Beer selection. We called ahead with a large party on a busy Saturday, and the staff was amazing in accommodating our 20 person group. They were highly efficient, and even split the bill amongst the various groups. I would highly recommend, especially if you are in a hurry. The speed of the pizza making means the tables turn quickly, so there isn't a long wait, even if there are a number of people in front of you. I split the Queen Bee and the Dixie chicken, they were excellent. I wood-fire pizzas at home, and these were quite good. read more

I and my mom went here for dinner and they were friendly and great pizza!! It's was my first time at this place!! I would recommend this place!! read more

Came here a year ago for some pizza and it was just as great as it was last night. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is lively but very chill at the same time. I got the margherita la funga pizza and was very pleased with it. A lot of places that serve pizza have a sauce with little flavor, but you definitely don't miss out on that here. I would even say that it's a bit spicy! So if you don't enjoy that maybe consider a white sauce pizza. For me though it was perfect. The dough itself comes out of the oven a bit flimsy, but the crust is crunchy and delicious. And I would say I prefer a flimsier base to my pizza as opposed to a stiff slice, I think it allows for more enjoyment of the toppings and other flavors. If you enjoy pizza and you haven't been here yet, it's definitely worth your while! read more

Best artisan fire stove pizza in the Valley, Defiantly our favorite. Great group of employees. Friendly Local sourced ingredients, which shows they care about what goes into their pizzas. read more

We found Broken Tree Pizza thanks to Yelp, and were drawn to it partly because of the wood fire pizza, but also partly because of the mention of a salad bar in the reviews. We were able to find the place with little trouble - there's a hanging sign outside, but then you have to go into the marketplace under the turquoise awning to enter. Easy enough. We saw the "salad bar" as soon as we entered and were disappointed to find it was more of a "lettuce bar" with a big bowl of lettuce, maybe three topping options, and a bunch of dressings. In our NE Wisconsin Supper Club minds, a salad bar takes up an entire wall, not a four foot stretch of real estate. SO, we passed on salad but stayed for pizza. The pizza was delish and we'll definitely come back so it all worked out. read more

Great staff, love their lunchtime pizza buffet, quick attentive service. One of the few places I can order pizza and not get sick off of the crust. ;-) often times, they will have live music on Wednesdays. Good musicians, although sometimes a bit loud for the space. Good variety of beer and wine at reasonable prices. read more

Phenomenal thin crust pizza w/ outstanding welcoming service! Excellent topping choices. Eat in, carry out, or lunch buffet...they are all fantastic. Favorite pizza place around! read more

I admit that I avoided this place when it opened - I didn't think we needed another pizza place. But this isn't like other pizza places in the Fox Valley. Their dough is fresh and their have a great brick oven and the best thing is their unique toppings and delicious sauce. Sure, they have the typical varieties, but lots of options to make your taste buds happy. And they have vegan options on the menu. No vegan cheese, but at least here you are getting great flavor when you omit the cheese. I've eaten at the restaurant a few times over the last month (since I discovered them) and this week had them cater a lunch at work for 14 people. The guests were impressed and enjoyed the spread. read more

My favorite pizza in Appleton area. I have been there a few times and it has usually been good. The first time I went they burned the bottom, and the last time it was cold. It's the in between times that keep me coming back. read more

This is a cute little pizza place! The pizzas are wood fired and there's a nice variety of creations or you can build your own. Super thin crust. Each pizza, about 12" is a one person pizza. We visited on a Saturday afternoon. Better than the pizza was the help! Can't say that too often in the valley. Our server, sorry I don't know his name, was happy to be working a 12 hour day, happy to tell us about the restaurant and what's coming up in the near future (ice cream!!) and happy to be serving us! Imagine that! They offer an affordable basic salad bar with the pizza that was fine. Greens were fresh and toppings adequate. We will definitely be back-- sooner than later read more

Staff was super friendly. We came on a Friday night at 6 PM and didn't have to wait at all. Pizza was phenomenal! Even our 9, 11 and 13 year old fought over the last piece! Drove all the way from Duluth MN for a weekend and when we come back, we will make this a regular stop! read more

I know I can be a tough critic, but this was a huge let down. I honestly have no idea how they are rated so highly. I stopped with my parents and grandparents for the lunch buffet, and yes, I have high standards for food, and yes, I knew it was a buffet going in (so I was mentally prepared for that) but it was highly subpar. As a vegan in the dairy state I figured this would be perfect as I could have the salad bar and others could enjoy pizza and it would be quick and cheap. The salad bar was basically empty I had some greens with shredded carrots and black olives, the pizza was unlabeled and while I didn't eat any the remainder of my group was underwhelmed. Overall, not a great experience as far as food goes. The people working were nice enough and when I inquired about the contents of the salad bar they brought out some cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, but to summarize, I will not be stopping again. read more

Tried to eat lunch there. The service was poor and waitstaff ignored us. We left after waiting to he served for 10 minutes.

We held our rehearsal dinner at Lion's Tail in July and had Broken Tree Pizza delivered. There were so many pizza options - traditional toppings and non-traditional. I'm usually skeptical of any restaurant over 4. I wish I could give them higher than a 5. I'm a biz traveler (over 200 nights a year) that remembers my favorite places.
