I have taken my packages to Loralei for quite a few years now, and I can honestly say that her business is a pleasure to use. It's one of the last sorts of old-fashioned places that make a town feel like home. Yes - it's quirky and real, run by a real person, who, by the way, is a doll. Lorie, the proprietor, is super-nice and friendly. The price for maintaining a mailbox here is very fair, and it's nice not to have to worry about being home to receive packages, or having them stolen from your door step by the porch-pirates. Why not 5 stars? Unfortunately, the shop's package system is totally disorganized. I've had numerous times where I had to stand there and insist the tracking number showed it had been delivered in order to get her to dig through the piles and find my stuff. If she were to log deliveries, or come up with some other method of sorting/storing package deliveries, this would easily be 5-stars. read more

The owner (Schnobler) signed for a UPS package and then denied that she had ever received the package. She took zero accountability for her mistake and the small business who sent the package took 100% of the loss. It's sad people choose to do business this way. read more

I've been using Broadway Station for over 10 years, and Lorie is awesome. She recently moved to Main street for more room and still the same great service and now that there is a parking lot, it's even more convenient for me. The most bizarre experience of my life. There was peoples mail scattered all over the floor behind the counter. So dirty as well. We wanted to ship three boxes, and she made us read out the addresses to her because she needed glasses. Just so weird everything. read more

The owner's name is Lori Schobler (We are unsure of the spelling of her last name.) The place is highly disorganized and quite filthy. We have frequently experienced her misplacing our mail. Lori often claims not to have received mail that we later find out had actually been delivered. Lori has given us mail and packages that belong to other box holders, as well as has given our mail and packages to other box holders. We fortunately got our packages back, but the person she had mistakenly given them to, had opened our packages and gone through all of our items. (Our boxes were returned open and the items had been unpacked and tossed back in a way that did not allow the box to close.) We have noticed that she can be selectively friendly when she chooses to do so, but we have often found her to be quite rude, and unprofessional. We have experienced poor customer service from her on one too many occasions. We have noticed that she relays an air of indignance if you even suggest that she may have made a mistake, mislaid a package, or worse, ask her to double check on whether a delivery has actually arrived. Yet, she does frequently make mistakes, mislays packages, and you must ask her repeatedly to check on the delivery of an item she claims was not delivered, only to find that it was indeed delivered. It is understandable to make a mistake every now and again, but this seems to be a frequent occurrence with her. She never apologizes or seems concerned about the inconvenience of her misplacing our mail, which has been an inconvenience for us numerous times. We are looking for another solution for our mail. We are frankly fed up with what we have noticed and experienced from her, which can only be defined as a passive aggressive style of relating to some customers, and to us, at times as well, which we initially thought was her just having a bad day here and there, but has become too frequent to be acceptable as this point. As our business has increased, so our interactions with her have increased. We find her overall poor and selective customer service to be off-putting. The general disorganization is problematic, and makes it impossible for us to receive all of our mail at one time. Instead, we have to return frequently to pick up items she misplaced or simply forgot to give us when we were there. She forgot an important business invoice that was delivered for us, and forgot for at least a month or more, which could have caused our business to incur a late payment. Over time, her behavior has become so unprofessional that we would like to find a better establishment to do business, and recommend that you do the same. We only waited due to the hassle of changing over our address with all the licenses and businesses tied to that address. We would like to receive reasonable and consistent customer service, which she does not provide. We are frustrated and disappointed with our experiences with her, and our time as her customers. There is a serious lack of organization and cleanliness. There is a serious lack of customer service. Over time we have come to see that her "pleasant" times were insincere. read more

After reading reviews here and elsewhere, I have to say I was a bit hesitant to open up a mailbox here, but I've been a customer since October and I'm very pleased. The owner knows her customers' names and cares about them--you can't get that at the post office or chain mailbox rental businesses. read more

Broadway Station offers exceptional service. Packages are received from any shipper and are held secure until pickup. Mail is also secure and held, eliminating concerns for taking long vacations. Business owner develops and remembers all clients by name. I highly recommend! read more

Very displeased with this service. Mail was often delayed, or misplaced. Can you say frustrating and disorganized. After canceling account,they are required to submit a change of address. I learned to late, once you use this service, it appears you cannot submit a forwarding address with the UPS, the company is required to do so. The company did NOT, despite the many requests from me. Instead they returned all my mail without a forwarding address. this caused much work and issues for me. I would NEVER recommend this service location. read more
