This restaurant has an incredible view of Time square! I tried the lounge twice while we stayed at Marriotts Marquis. The burger and salad were average, little over priced but you are paying for the view. Service was great each time. I wouldn't go out of my way to dine at this restaurant though, but if you want to enjoy the view with few drinks, why not.

Beautiful lounge located inside the Marriott Marquis. Good drinks/full bar with a cozy dim lights vibe. I walked up with no reservations on a weeknight and there was no wait. They have a DJ until 10pm so we just missed him. The DJ was packing up as we were getting seated. The food was good. I highly recommend the sautéed calamari (chef's kiss). I did order this dish without chorizo since I do not eat pork. I also ordered the Margherita pizza and fries. Both good, fresh and hot. If you are staying in the hotel and do not feel like walking around the city to find food.... This place is a good option.

We made reservations on OpenTable for The Ruby Dinner. Excellent Choice. It gave fine dining but not too fancy. We were seated by the window with an amazing view of Times Squar

Came here after seeing a matinee performance of "Death Becomes Her"..(Great show!! ) We didn't have any reservations but were seated immediately at a lovely table with great views of Times Square. The restaurant gives an air of being bourgeois and expensive, but it really isn't. It's located within the Marriott Marquis Hotel, so I'm sure guests of the hotel, as well as tourists, were eating there. It definitely wasn't crowded or noisy. The menu is simple. Could use a little more variety, but we enjoyed what we ordered and our waiter was friendly and just lovely! I got the Calamari and Artichoke appetizer with Arugala. My friend ordered the shrimp tacos and the Homemade Chicken soup. The smashburger was just o.k. I probably wouldn't order it again and the non-alcoholic punch was very good!! If I'm in the area, I'd probably eat here again. A very chill spot with great views!

Since we were early for our dinner reservations at the View, we had 2 drinks and Truffle Potato Chips. The bill was $60. The view of the city was beautiful but pretty pricey.

This chicken orzo soup was so tasty. Ordered another one to go

Conveniently located inside New York Marriott Marquis Hotel 8th floor. Same floor as Hotel Lobby. Spacious seating. Great view of Time Square. Kiersten suggested some great items. Pepperoni pizza was thinking yet chewy crust. Cheesy tasty. Ordered the chicken orzo consumme soup and it was surprisingly good. So much so that i ordered another one to eat in my room. Foccacia bread made in house with chili oil dipping sauce +added side of burrata Mac and cheese w havarti and bread crumbs....yummm yummy Too stuffed but still craves NY cheesecake bc why not? Ate it all up. Light with creme Brule topping. Berries helped aid in digestion

Broadway Lounge & Revel & Rye are literally right next to each other. We opted for Broadway since R&R's bar tops were full. My usual go-to drinks are typically Espresso Martini, Cab or Old fashions. I decided to try something new ..since we were in NY for my birthday....& it was the most disgusting thing I've ever tried..lol. Service is quick..however the chairs..boy does it sit pretty low. Better ask for some help when you need to get back up, lol. Make sure you ask for a table by the window. Unfortunately their terrace was closed - it would've been a great place for dinner w/ a sunset view or just the city itself.

I went here with my family a few months ago to celebrate Mother's Day and we always have a great time at Broadway Lounge! The food was delicious! For appetizers we had the Pita Bread with Hummus, and the Sweet Potato Fries. For dinner, my mom & brother had the Salmon, I had the Rigatoni Bolognese, and my dad had the Marriott Burger. For dessert we had the Cinnamon Ice Cream Sundae. The staff were friendly and the ambiance was amazing with a view overlooking Time Square!

After seeing our show we came to BL for dinner. I made a reservation which I dont think were necessary. The food was delicious, the drinks were broadway themed (so cool) and the views were good. I wish we had a table closer to the windows as requested, but there was enough room to get up and check them out. I works suggest this restaurant to anyone who is coming to the city for a Broadway show.

This is a very nice venue. Service was pretty good. It's a hotel in Manhattan so it's pricey. The food wasn't great. Experience was worth it but the meal wasn't so great . I don't need to go back for more than drinks.

Made the same mistake everyone before and after us did. Turned left out the elevator bank. Turn right! Pleasantries began at the host desk. Reservations recommended. Party of 3, were seated at a table by the window. Sweeping view of Times Square! We had a variety, salmon, steak and pasta. With the exception of the generous portion of fries, plates were clean. Yes folks, Chile Lime works! It's rare for me to not send a steak back. And I didn't. That in itself is an accomplishment. Our lovely waitress Ashley (I remembered her name!!) was very attentive.. literally! We did not order desert... cheesecake came to the table and we said we didn't order it. Ashley came back and added three candles to the beautiful presentation with the card! Awww.. such an unexpected end to a delicious dinner! So yes! The highlight of my dinner was the service! One block from my job, I will definitely return!

I had the sea bass and the chocolate cake for my birthday and the broccolini. Everything was excellent. ....especially the broccolini!! I loved this place. It is VERY hard to find inside the hotel but it was delicious!!

We wanted to have after-dinner cocktails in a chill space, so we searched on our phones & saw Paradise Lost address via Google. We proceeded to walk down & was unable to find the establishment due to their being no front sign. After walking back & forth a few times, we saw another group walking towards the door & they confirmed the place. We walked inside the front door pressed a "doorbell" & lo & behold we gained entry after the previous group went inside. Definitely an incognito entrance. Once inside that door there is someone to greet you, & take your information. There is a forest/ grass/ jungle-looking foyer/ hallway we walked down to get to the next door. Before we knew it, we were near the "Paradise Lost No Vacancy" neon sign w/ an arrow pointing towards the snake-shaped knob door. It gets opened & a supercool speakeasy awaits.... Paradise Lost has mixed style table / seating arrangements throughout the place. A bar seating section, booth-style seating area, lounge- style seating area, etc. We got there a little after 7pm, so the afterwork crowd was in full swing. Paradise Lost has interesting atmosphere. At times a Gothic / Medieval Vibe, meets place w/ shipwreck decor, meets eleganct /club vibe w/ beautiful ceiling lighting, etc. Music played in the background. Staff are friendly, energetic, & attentive. We were pleasantly overwhelmed w/ the vast selection of tiki cocktails that were on the menu. Paradise Lost also have an intimate selection of snacks/ food menu items. This included Popcorn, Tater Tots, Devilled Eggs Rangoon Dip, etc. We ordered some cocktails served in unique tiki mugs & a bucket of popcorn to munch on w/ our drinks. The popcorn is flavored w/ Sea Buckthorn & Browm Butter, which gave it an special flavor profile. Our cocktails were well-prepared & nice & strong. Paradise Lost has individual unisex bathroom stalls & a communal vanity & sink area. The bathroom stalls have spooky voices coming from a speaker as you use the bathroom. I was so humorously taken aback, it had me laughing when I came out...Definitely a different thing to experience in the bathroom - lol. Before we left we watched one of the bartenders do a cocktail "fire" presentation for some patrons in a booth seated area. Wow.... Paradise Lost accepts walk-ins only, no reservations. Paradise Lost accepts groups of 8 or less, unless you are requesting to book the space for a private event. Ages 21+ paradiselost.nyc @paradiselostnyc Paradise Lost is open everyday - 5pm-2am.

Would definitely recommend to visit if you like gothic stuff and tiki bars.

Dim lighting, plush seating, rich wood + wallpaper details, and that lounge-library vibe make the place feel like a secret hideout right in the middle of Midtown. It's moody, cozy, and effortlessly intimate -- perfect for a date night, a chill catch-up, or just a night out with good drinks. Nice service, too! However: be ready for the price tag. The cocktails are absolutely beautiful -- well crafted, creative, and flavorful -- but each one will remind you that you're not exactly paying dive-bar prices. It's worthwhile, but the "overpriced drinks" vibe absolutely hits. That said: the interior design and ambience are amazing. The mix of antique-meets-modern decor, low lighting, and comfy couches gives you that classic speakeasy romance. If you appreciate aesthetics and vibe over cheap drinks -- this is your spot. If you want a night out that feels deliberate and special rather than casual and cheap -- Osamil Upstairs delivers.

We needed a place close to our Broadway show "Social Club" From welcoming, to ambiance, to service and to of course the food! My husband had indicated it was our birthdays so they provided a cute birthday card and made sure to wish us Happy Birthday when we checked in. Due to some unforseen circumstances (on our part being First time visitors not understanding NY traffic) we were short on time and they were still able to accommodate us! We were looking forward to do one their prix fix menus but had to cut our time shorter. We had the shrimp cocktail, would recommend and also really loved the serving coupe it came in! Fried artichokes that were mid at best and saved by the sauce it comes with. To save time we split the steak frites, I would recommend, though bot as tender as I normally like, I appreciate the serving and flavorful bites. The drinks are amazing and we love how they're all accompanied by a story! I had the heir to empire and our lovely waitress asked for my favorite color and when the drink arrives, it came with a little coaster in purple! And it was strong without it being overwhelming. For the remaining of dinner, I had a red wine and it was a perfect choice for the meal. Our trip to New York was too short because we wished we had been able to go back and check out their live performances. The vibe if the place was moody and inviting and we wished we could have gone back! We loved the Broadway homage throughout without being tacky.
