They worked with me, to get the job scheduled, quickly. On the day of the installation Dan, and Kyle, arrived, laid down tarps to protect my tile floor, and carpeted stairway, from any dirt, or damage, and got right to work. They made short work of removing the old water heater, and getting the new unit installed. Both of them were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while getting the job accomplished. This is the third time having Everything Mechanical do work, for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with their quality work, availability, and reasonable prices for each job. After looking at it, they told me the unit was bad and needed to be replaced. I trusted their recommendation and paid over $3,000 for the replacement/repair. The work was done quickly, and the system worked fine for about a year. This season, the outdoor unit stopped turning on. I had another HVAC technician inspect it, and he told me the issue was caused by a hole left in the welding during the installation, which allowed the Freon to slowly leak out over time. Because the Freon was completely gone, the repair is now much more expensive. To be sure, I had a second technician inspect it as well, and he gave me the same explanation. I reached out to this company to discuss the issue. They answered my first call, but after that, my repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered. That is extremely frustrating, especially when the problem appears to be related to the installation work they performed. My sincere advice is to be very careful before hiring this company. In my experience, they did not stand behind their work or properly respond when I needed help after the job was done. I am very disappointed with the quality of the installation and the lack of customer service afterward.

Then a switch went out, he was suppose to come back and I never heard from him. Then the condensation pump he put in went out. The furnace is way over sized for my duct work. so there are going to be problems. Two different companies have told me to replace it or I will continue to have problems. Since it is too big for my duct work, plus I get to hear loud popping EVERY time it comes on and goes off. I asked Dave to refund me part of my costs since I am having problems. He offered to come fix the condensation pump but I can't wait around for him to no show. I had another company help me.
