Came in for dinner. The restaurant was not busy, but yet all of the servers seem to be running around like they are swamped. Dinning in, our meal took forever, server put it in as a to go order. Ordered drink, took ten minutes for a draft beer and a bottle of beer, ordered a second took 1p minutes....again not busy maybe 8 to 10 tables. Looking at other customers, it took another table 7 minutes to even get a server to acknowledge them, they were about to leave. Food was okay...we have had better in our past visits. Visited the Broadway Grille during our lunch break. One of the guest at our table of four ordered the fish basket. After a 45 minute wait for our food the fish was so over cooked that it was basically all breading. My friend could not eat it as she did try to tear it apart . My friend was apprehensive to say anything but did decide to tell the waitress, the waitress brought her bill back to her and took 10% of which came to $1.30 the manager then came to our table to apologize for the over cooked fish when asked why she only thought 10% was appropriate she stated that my friend had eaten part of it and then the manager became rude. She stated she could go up to 25% off but that would be it. My friend declined the added discount as she was not trying to make a deal. The manager then put her arms in the air and walked away from our table. Just to be clear my friend did not want to say anything but we talked her into it because she could not eat her lunch then was treated like a scam artist!! Prices are high. Food quality and portions have gone down. $30 for 2 tiny taco salads with burnt shells. Disappointed. $67 lunch another day for 4. Had to find waiter at one point even though they were not busy. I assume the pandemic has hit them pretty hard. Hope they'll be able to bounce back but can't return at this point due to quality of food not matching the price. read more

Food was great...once we got it. We ordered a burger and a pizza and it took well over an hour to recieve it. My glass went empty and I had to ask for a refill, twice. We went on a week night and there were empty tables, so overcrowded was not the issue. read more

Pretty much always a great experience. Not sure about the salad bar though. I always seem to not feel great after having the salad bar? Coincidence? 1-2 trips maybe. But after 5 straight? No. Somethings not right. Check temps or something. Service is always great and great sandwiches. read more

Food is usually really good in union city. However, I'm not sure why when u call at 815 and they close at 9, when I tried to place a carryout order they tell me our salad bar is tore down amd pizza ovens are off too!! Really?? Thought you closed at 9 not 815....so shitty read more

March 16 we visited for lunch. After waiting about 5 minutes, got up and got our menus. After another few minutes, my husband asked the 4 servers standing by the bar if we could order. Food was excellent. Our server, Courtney, asked 4 times if we were ready for the check. Cocktails took a long time. 1st time this has happened there. Hope it does not become a habit, as we really like the food. P.S. enchilada sauce doesn't pass for Pico de gallo. read more

Found this by chance and it;s a nice little place, not fancy, good bar and tables, food was hot cooked to order sands and salads are good and good sized. will be back for sure when in this aria. gave 4 because what we had rated it but have only been here once. read more

Here is my experience trying this restaurant for the first time... My bf and I decided to meet friends for lunch on Tuesday 11/9/21. They were not busy so I figured I would get service relatively quick. WRONG. As we arrived we were in the entry way waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes then the lady behind the bar told us to sit wherever. We sat down and waited for someone to give us service but after about another 10mins nobody had even gave us menus or greeted us. I approached a waiter and she said that we were sitting in the catering room and nobody probably saw us. The person that told us to sit wherever finally took our order but said we needed to let them know we were here. I was super confused being she told us to sit where ever we want. After she took our order I waited about 40mins then left my bf and our friends to go back to work. I am at work now and they still have not received their food... read more

This is a difficult review to write for several reasons. The first, and most relevant is that it is owned by the same person who owns several of the BEST pizza places I have visited. Those are Five Star Pizza and they are located within this general area of Colon, Coldwater, Bronson, - all small to very small towns but with friendly folks and surprisingly outstanding pizza and other great food such as hoagies / grinders / subs and salads. The one in Colon is a great place to "hang out" for the annual camp Colon for Magicians - long story. So I was eager to try his Broadway Grille in Coldwater and we went there on Saturday night, August 4. The place is quite big but very inviting, the bar is well stocked, and the server we had was delightful. I know the owners take great care in selecting their crews, and this shows in the friendly and generally helpful interactions they have with guests. The menu is not overwhelming, which is an asset, and they do serve some - maybe all - of what has put Five Star Pizza on anyone who LOVES outstanding pizza on the map. I love pulled pork, so I did order that as a "handheld" and I had the salad bar. My companion had the pork ribeye, medium, and the salad bar. The salad bar was not huge, but the items were very good - fresh and crisp. They also had some potato salad and chicken salad and other types of "stuff" often found on these bars. They had more than the usual number of 3 or 4 dressings, but only one was labeled, and that should be corrected, I think. I thought I was getting some type of Green Goddess or something similar, and it turned out to be a Southwest. I am not a great fan of some spicy foods and the tang on the salad - well, just not for me on a regular basis. Labeling will help. My friend did find the pork ribeye cooked just right and had some hint of rosemary. I tried it and I found it quite bland and so-so. Different tastes, etc. I did find the pulled pork had a great deal of BBQ sauce - way too much, and all I could taste was the sauce. I am not sure how it was cooked as I got two slightly different versions, but I do know that I could have had the "sauce on the side," but I didn't know that until after I had eaten most of it. Why? Well, one of the "how it was cooked" versions was that the pork was "cooked in the BBQ sauce." Not exactly true. Now, I did talk to one of the owners (a couple whom I know and really like; they are fantastic folks and VERY accommodating) when I returned to Five Star Pizza in Colon. There were other issues about a rumchata cheesecake - hard, dry, thick crust, lacking rumchata taste but these first two negatives seemed to go away with the piece we took home. Perhaps it had been uncovered and served too cold? The crust was still too thick, though. The flavor was basic cheesecake. So, will we go back - Absolutely. I'm from out of town and was wandering the streets of Coldwater when a friendly married couple approached me and asked if I'd like to go to dinner with then. I, of course, accepted. Walking in the door you get a real friendly feeling and we were seated immediately despite the full house. Service was friendly and casual. We heard a lot of talk about some girl named Shelby who works there. Delivers spot on service by the sounds of it. She wasn't around tonight unfortunately so I'll have to make a second trip to confirm. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza with garlic crust and it was eat with a fork good! Loaded with flavor, one of the best pizzas I've had in a long while. We all three had a great time, enjoyed the food, and would love to come back. read more

I was in town by myself for business. I found this little gem on yelp. I had such a great experience: the food was wonderful and the drinks were cold and the awe I was outstanding. The sweet waitress noticed it was my birthday on my ID and when I was done with my dinner she brought me a sundae!! They turned my kind of sad birthday night into a special experience. Food is okay. Service leaves room for comments. I've been here several times. Took my daughter to magic night, which we both enjoyed. My only bad experience here was having lunch with a friend. The reason I chose to eat here was because of the soup. We would've went to JT's. My friend works at the courthouse, so either place for his lunch hour would've worked. I ordered the soup with my meal, instead of the fries. The waitress brought me fries. Dang soup Nazis! No soup for me! Very disappointing! My friend's shrimp was overcooked as well. read more

Went there for a late night dinner with my brothers, and the meal was fantastic. Some of us split a pizza and others got a hamburger. The pizza was amazing as the crust appeared homemade and the burgers looked delicious. We talked about Broadway the rest of the weekend.
