My rate is only based on my experience I booked with them before reading the negative review and instantly cancel my request once I submitted my cancelation they were trying to figure out why and I told them that I was wasn't a fan of bait and switch on rates and I was honest with my budget and it was only fair for them to accept or reject my offer I admit they did address my concerns and the rate went up by $100. I agreed to the increase rate my only advise for them to turn all these negative reviews and experiences into a positive is to be transparent and straightforward other then that I'm just glad it was resolved. read more

I would strongly advise against considering Broadway Auto Transport. On May 18, I entered into a written agreement with Max at Broadway Auto Transport to ship my vehicle from Florida to Massachusets for $900, with pickup scheduled for May 22. I paid a $300 deposit (plus $12 additional for using a credit card). I confirmed the pickup date several times before May 22. I was consistently assured by Max that everything was on track, including and especially the price. He swore that he was "honest" and that he would ship my car for the $900 we agreed to. Two days before the scheduled pickup, I called Max to confirm the pickup time and was then told he "couldn't find a driver" unless I agreed to increase the price to $2,100 -- a $1,200 increase from the signed contract that Max swore was not going to change. The explanation given was that "the market had changed" and that this was a "fair price". More than doubling the price after a written contract is in place is highly unethical. When I requested my deposit back, he said that it would be 1-2 weeks before I saw the refund, and that I should send a note to support@broadwayautotransport.com. I followed his instructions, and the e-mail bounced back with a fatal error. I really hope that I can get my deposit back, but given the way this company operates, I'm very worried. I would strongly caution anyone considering Broadway Auto Transport. On February 5, I entered into a written agreement with Mark (ph# 347-222-3888) at Broadway Auto Transport to ship my vehicle from California to Tennessee for $900, with pickup scheduled for February 20. I paid a $300 deposit. CONTRACT ATTACHED I proactively confirmed the pickup date twice before February 20. Both times I was assured by Mark that everything was on track. On the morning of the scheduled pickup, I reached out for the pickup window and was then told they "couldn't find a driver" unless I agreed to increase the price to $1,500 -- a $600 increase from the signed contract. The explanation given was that "the market had changed" in the week and a half since the agreement was signed. Changing the price on the day of pickup after a written contract is in place is highly concerning. When I requested my deposit back because they failed to perform under the agreement, it was refused. I immediately contacted another transport company, Marcus at NRG Transport, and they picked up the vehicle for $880 -- less than my original contracted amount. NGR contact attached. Adam at broadway did do bait and switch but important to know all auto brokers will do this and then no driver will pickup and deliver your car at this rate. They then jump from 1300 to 1800 once they have you hooked and on the day of alleged pickup. Once you have to agree to higher rate they still don't pickup until driver feels like it and count a full week for cross country delivery no matter what they tell you. read more

About 3 months ago I contracted with them to move a car from Texas to Kentucky. 1. They could not do the delivery for the quoted price and told me if I paid extra aboutv$300 they could fulfill the contract. I wanted to give the car to my granddaughter After texting almost every day and have our corporate lawyer read the contract I finally after multiple requests got my money back. I worked directly with Brian Davis, who already has several negative reviews on this site, and my experience was no different. We initially agreed on a rate of $700 to ship my car. Just a few days before the scheduled pickup, Brian texted to confirm that multiple carriers were ready and everything was on track. However, on the actual pickup day, I had received no updates. Around noon, I reached out to him, and he informed me that he could not find a carrier at the agreed-upon price. Instead, he claimed the best option available was for $1,000. At that point, I called Brian since texting was proving ineffective. During the call, he was disrespectful and dismissive, telling me I had "no right" to feel stressed or upset and insisted that he was the one feeling stressed and upset. With no alternatives and an urgent need to ship my vehicle, I was essentially forced into accepting the higher rate. If I could post 0 stars I would. I contacted this company on April 9th for a April 19th pickup, as my husband I were moving out of state. I spoke to a man named Bill, signed a contract stating to pay them a deposit of $150 and then the rest in cash upon delivery. He also stated that he would contact me on April 15th to let me know of the driver who they chose would be at my home on the 19th and let me know timing and such. I heard nothing. I contacted him on the 19th around 11:15am asking for an update as I had still not heard anything. He said he would get back to me in 20 minutes. Around 7:30pm that night , still not contact, I tried calling many times and no one answered. The number they give to call on the website, is a fake number and doesn't go through. I attempted many times to call Bill directly and my calls were ignored. Our plans to leave super early on Saturday were delayed because Bill refused to answer any of my calls or texts.I emailed the company, tried calling the number given online as well. I kept getting excuses that they couldn't find a driver, and to give him an hour to figure it out. It took all day for me to finally tell him I wanted my order canceled with proof my money back. He told me I would have my money back on Saturday but, surprise, he kept making excuses. Sunday rolls around and the same thing, it only took me threatening to report the business for him to finally agree to send me my money. His excuse was you can't Zelle or Venmo on a Sunday- which is not true. But again, surprise! They don't send the money until Monday. I found this company so unprofessional, a huge lack of communication and customer service, and downright a scam. The Zelle payment came in from Safeeds , so unsure if they all work together or not. I have all proof of messages with time stamps to show lack of customer care or consideration and contract still in case he decides to tell me I was never in the system like I saw on previous reviews. Thank goodness I found a better and more reliable company that was quick, had great customer service, gave updates all day and had my car picked up and delivered in 2 days. We wanted to transport our car from NY to CA and got a quote from one of their agents named Mark Collins. He gave us a direct quote of $950 and said we need to make a deposit of $300. I will post the signed contract below. Then on the day of delivery, he started beating around the bush saying he couldn't find any driver available and immediately jacked the price up to $2100. After refusing the new price of $2100 and asking for a refund of my deposit money, he said he will never refund my money and started cussing. I will post all text messages below. This was a terrible experience. I was originally given a contract set at $1100 to ship a car from Atlanta to Seattle. The agent I worked with, Alex Brown, set up a pickup date. On the day of the pickup, Mr Brown suddenly sent me a message saying that due to high demand of shipments and low supply of drivers, the rate would be "raised slightly" to $1600. That is nearly a 50% increase on the day the car would have been picked up (just hours before). I had no choice but to accept the offer as I had flights planned that week and the car needed to be shipped. This is a classic example of a bait and switch and a contract violation. Why even sign a contract if it can be changed at any moment? I have contacted this company after the shipment asking for reimbursement and they have been nothing but accusatory, even to the point of being untruthful in the events that occurred. For example, they claim to have notified me days before the pickup of the rate increase, but this is blatantly false (the text changes are all saved) I plan to file a case with the Attorney General. Do not do business with this company. They engage in unethical practices and WILL NOT cooperate with you in cases where it does not benefit them. Service requested was an auto transport from CO-MA. The first text from Broadway was an offer to transport for $650.00 picking up the next day, delivering by Friday. Contract signed. Then, an hour before transport was scheduled, they texted us to say that oh! Change of plans, we are charging $1,200.00 and we might get it there by Monday. I interviewed several other auto transport companies, meanwhile I saw Broadway advertising to drivers for our auto transport for $2200.00 online in the auto transport portal. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Broadway Auto Transport LLC and am truly concerned with the way that they conduct business and feel that some form of responsibility must be taken by them. I contacted them two months ago for having my vehicle shipped. It seemed like a smooth and easy process and I felt completely at ease and entrusted them with transporting my car. A few days closer to date of shipment, I reached out to them since I hadn't heard from my agent, Adam Scott, with any updates. He assured me it was fine and that he would confirm driver in the next day or two. When he did reach out to me again, he had quoted me an additional $700 more than what I agreed to in my signed contract. When I did not agree, he kept pestering me to take the deal. I was met with aggressive phone calls and passive aggressive text for the next three days after. I was literally being harassed by the agent. He called me at odd hours of the morning and even after asking him to stop contacting me, he continued. Even from different numbers. I requested a refund and he stated I would only receive back a portion of it since it is my fault for cancelling, even though they could not fulfill our contracted agreement. I later came across their yelp reviews and realized many people were experiencing the same things as me. This also confirmed that many of the reviews that I had previously come across, had been falsified. I do not believe any business should conduct themselves in this way and also to harass and pressure clients in the way that was done to me. I did not have a good experience at all and am even afraid of leaving negative reviews as the have my addresses and I fear retaliation but people need to know what kind of business this is so they do not make the same mistake as myself and on some others have. read more

I was told it was set until I received a call on 3/18 advising they could only do it if I paid an extra $400. I agreed because I needed the car, but do not use this company. It's a shady operation that begins with a lowball quote followed by a broker fee. You give them the broker fee, and then on pickup day, the shipping driver calls you and doubles the price. You say "No" call the broker back, and he tells you it was just an estimate even though you have a contract right in front of you that says otherwise. Then they pretend they are being reasonable and don't understand your problem. They don't deliver on their promise and keep the broker's fee. The easy way to prove they are scamming you is on the day they are supposed to pick up you, use an alternate email and request a quote that is very similar to your original quote- I promise you they will give you a lowball quote that minutes earlier they said they could not offer. read more

Bruce used the bait and switch tactics with is. We were quoted $650, but then told he could only find enclosed for $1000. I said no, because I was the one negotiating for my daughter. He had been speaking with me the while time. He tried to bully me into taking the new quote. When I would he called my daughter and got her to take $900. Which was still over our budget. Then I called a manager and was told we could cancel and get a refund on our deposit. Later that day another company messaged about picking up the vehicle for $750. Me thinking it was one of the other companies I had got a quote from agreed. Today, 12 days later, I called Broadway Auto Transport and they state they sent a company to pick up and deliver the car. We were not informed that this company was working with/ for them. We were last told, by the manager, that we would get a refund, but unbeknownst to us, Bruce continued the process and we never got our refund. So we ended paying $900 after getting a $650 quote.
