Had Broadleaf to come out and survey my garage and although they could not assist me due to I have a real serious pitched issue. The company rep that came out was a TOP Notched, professional, who was incredibly punctual. He showed me samples of what they are able to do after my floor is re-pitched and I was astounded at the different deviations of finishes. I am doing a installation and full finish of my garage so I can turn it into an amazing storage extension of my house. So verdict: I will be calling them back soon to get an amazing floor cover. Did lots of research before we chose Broadleaf to grind and polish our residential basement floor. Read all kinds of reviews and testimonials and did our best to read between the lines. Spoke with at least five other companies and asked tons of questions. Ultimately Broadleaf got the nod over the others because of their professionalism and their flexibility in working with us as we narrowed down what we wanted. At one point we even visited their facility to view finished flooring in person in order to clear up our own indecisiveness (recommend this by the way - actually seeing the various floors and walking on them made us swing completely from one finish...to a radically different one in a matter of minutes) Broadleaf was the right choice. Found them to be a first-class operation.They're staffed by folks at every level who give it to you straight and know what they're doing. Broadleaf suggests that I PAY MORE to refinish a floor with the same poor quality top coat. NO THANKS. This product didn't last 3 years before showing wear. And by the way Broadleaf, the floor is very lightly used... there's no stains from excess wear or oil or contaminents. It's just poor quality top coat. There's plenty of these companies around. Find another and skip Broadleaf. read more

Broadleaf did a great job coating my new garage floor. I waited 4 weeks after the concrete was poured before having Broadleaf coat the floor. It looks fantastic and I already see that spills clean up very nicely. I only had to use some paper towels to clean up some rainwater. From sales to installation, everyone at Broadleaf was great to work with and professional. I had 3 estimates before having the work done and all of them were very close to the same price. My garage floor was old, chipping, flaking, and cracked. I was sick of it and decided I wanted an epoxy floor, but didn't want to deal with the cheap stuff they sell at Home Depot (nevermind the fact that I was too busy to do it myself). When first gathering quotes, I got a bit of sticker shock. Professionally refinished flooring is not what I'd call cheap. However, all the quotes came in around the same cost, and I considered this a long term investment in my home. Of all the guys I talked to, Chris at Broadleaf seemed like the best bet. When the guys came out, I had the garage already cleared out.. They got to work grinding, patching, coating, etc.. The whole job took about 2 days, and then needed a few days to cure. There was one area that I wasn't entirely happy with, so Chris came out to take a look and sent his guys out to fix it. I'm now entirely thrilled with my new floor. It's clean, new, and easy to maintain. I would recommend Broadleaf to anyone interested in epoxy flooring. I sincerely regret doing business with Chris Collopy at Broadleaf. He deliberately lied to me about the job I hired him for and he left my basement a complete disaster from cement dust. We received three estimates for an epoxy garage floor. The great reviews Chris received on Service Magic and his good BBB history made us choose him. After the floor was completed, we felt the floor was too slippery in a few areas. We called him up and without question or argument he sent his workers out and they redid the entire floor! Ray (the installer) was very uninformative, and downright lazy. He asked to use my bathroom several times over the course of the job which made me uncomfortable. He actually appeared to be inebriated which of course I wasn't able to confirm. He got flooring epoxy on my walls and trim in a couple of places. I will never use this company again and i will tell all my friends, family , and co-workers about the horrible experience i had with Broadleaf. read more
