Then the car was hit by a motorcycle. B&S did a wonderful job with the repairs, very thorough, They dealt with the insurance company and the car rental company. It wasn't a speedy process, but that was due very much to the insurance company taking forever to schedule the appraiser. I brought in my daughter's 2003 Civic to ask about repairing a panel; again, they said it was not worth replacing the part, but they could rig up a fix for free. I have not returned to take advantage of their offer yet, but the fact that they are willing to do stuff like this when their time is money says a lot about them.
