They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. After that, the worker who came to my house didn't bring garbage bags needed to clean out the 3 window wells I had included in my order. It was 3 pm so at that point it wasn't worth him driving to the office to get some and then coming back. After the driver left I walked outside and he had poured all of the dirty water from cleaning 40 window panes RIGHT IN MY DRIVEWAY. Who does that? I can tell a difference just by driving up to the house. The price is super reasonable, especially considering how long it would take me to do all that myself. They removed hard water from the windows, old vines from on the screen, and deep cleaned all the window tracks. I paid extra to have them remove all the windows and clean the tracks with a wet vac and lubricate everything. It's made such a difference.
