Anyways, the guys showed up right on time, were very kind and most importantly...clean with shoe guards worn at all times and also placed everything right back in place after they moved it. They clean your blinds on site so you don't have to wait all day for them to come back to deliver them. They do offer a lot of services so they will ask if you need additional things done like screens cleaned or windows washed. Not pushy at all so all was fine there. Normally for blinds this bad we were told they would normally charge an extra fee, but decided to waive it and went over them 3 times each at no charge. WOW!!! The blinds looked amazing and we love um again. Just a great experience.

I asked them on this most recent visit to clean the base track of the slider door which was quite dirty since I can't clean at floor level. Not only did they clean it, they took it apart and got under the track to remove construction sawdust from 8-9 years ago when my apartment building was constructed. We had our gutters cleaned and windows washed inside and out. All the staff and workers were very…read morenice and quoted price was reasonable. However workmanship was terrible. Windows were not clean with streaks and drips and dirty corners. The inside windows had drips all over the hardwood floor, window sills and new carpet. Guys didn't use shoe covers or remove their shoes. Some screens didn't get put back up and some windows that were hard to reach didn't get done at all. We called to ask them to come back and touch things up and they were very nice and reduced the price, but offered to send someone back when they would be working in the dark again. Next someone showed up without making an appointment so we weren't there. He certainly improved the windows but he didn't lock two of the bedroom windows back into the frames so at 3 am one blew in. We were standing there holding the window up and watching youTube videos on how to get this thing back in the frame. I most certainly would NOT recommend them.
