I appreciate they are licensed and insured. Two cleanersfor an hour minimum, $100 an hour. The girls brought their own equipment . They used natural products and their own cloths. They cleaned whatever I asked. Getting older and disabled it's hard to get down and clean the bathroom correctly,. My bathrooms sparkled. I washed my sheets and they made the beds. They didn't gossip with each other. First time and I can't wait for them to come back. The only thing they don't do is shampoo the carpet. Degrado 5 star operation. read more

Sunshine maids Unfortunately I would not recommend your services. I felt that house cleaning services in the past were way more effective then what was done by your employees . You guys didn't even clean downstairs. You didn't clean the bathroom floors or the vents or baseboards. You didn't refill toilet paper and I am honestly not sure what I spent 225.00 for three hours. Maybe your ladies were having an off day but I just wanted help doing a deep clean before we moved and was not happy with the results. A positive was the ladies that came here were nice and pleasant the cleaned the outside of our our appliances nicely. read more

Sunshine maids does a really great job. I have a toddler, so our house is usually a disaster when they come. It always looks amazing by the time they leave. We also had them come in and help us with deep cleaning before we moved and they did a really great job. We always look forward to the days they come. read more

Jodi has cleaned for me since 1999. She and her crew go the extra mile in every detail. Sometimes I have them deep clean a particular area like the kitchen woodwork and she works it in. That has been the joy of having the same service for so many years: Jodi rotates what needs a bit more attention and keeps on top of it. I get familiar with her crew and know they will be the ones returning and will know my home and what I expect. I completely trust Jodi and her crew with my home, and oh! the non toxic natural products they use are great! read more

Richard and Jodi Conner are the founding owners of Sunshine Maids Inc. Both coming from hard working families they know how to work hard. They were both brought up to have integrity in everything they do. Jodi started cleaning at the age of 7 along with her mother who was a house cleaner, She was taught how to clean and pay attention to detail. Her father is in Financial Services and has given her a background in budgeting and savings. Which she in returns applies to Sunshine Maids Inc. giving the clients the most for their money. Richard's father owns and operates residential and commercial landscaping companies. Richard worked summers at a young age learning how to take care of peoples residences and businesses. His mother owns and operates a health and wellness clinic. She updates them regularly on what products are safe for humans as well as for pets.Together Richard and Jodi complete each other in making a solid team. Not sure what happened at our house given this company has favorable reviews, but I was wildly…read moredisappointed. We had our basement and stairs done. We've had family living us with that doesn't necessarily have the same cleaning standards I do. Having the carpets cleaned was more of a sanitation effort than anything, and I don't feel that was even remotely touched on. A few that were living us with little artists, so upon their departure I found many colored spots on the carpet. I'm not sure exactly what it was, but there was red, orange, yellow, blue, green and black in multiple locations. Before the technician started I pointed these areas out. There was particularly ugly black streaks in the bedroom which I was informed "might not come out". Overall: HERE'S THE KICKER--I used my spot cleaning machine after Coconut had been here and got ALL of the colored and black spots out that they didn't. And the water it drew was absolutely filthy!!! There has not been anyone in our basement that could have caused it to be sooooo dirty from the time Coconut did their "work" to the time I did mine. All it took to pull the colors out was a little effort. How could industrial machines not have well surpassed mine?!?! Bottom line: I'm calling another company to come do the job right because I wholeheartedly feel it hasn't been cleaned at all. And sanitization is my top priority here. Disheartening! The concerns: 1. The man that came was here for a very short time which was the first flag raised given the size of the space. 2. Finding all the carpet heavily saturated after he left. Expected to have it be a little damp, but this was WET! It took 2 1/2 days of fans blowing to dry it. 3. When I went to see if the marks were gone, I found at least 50% of them still there. 4. None of our furniture was protected. We've used other carpet cleaning services in the past and they put small squares of plastic under the legs of furniture. We moved out what we could before they came, but some things you just can't get out of the way. Such a small effort for something that makes a difference. I ended up doing this myself after he left. We have several vintage sewing machines in tables that could have been ruined otherwise.
