The cleaning crew was on time and they were very polite, and overall they did an adequate job I guess, although for $240 I would have expected a bit more attention to details... particularly since we'd not moved in yet and the house was empty of furniture. I expected *everything* (except the walls, explanation below) to be thoroughly scrubbed and spotless for our upcoming move, but my overall impression was less than stellar and I suspect they kinda just did their normal everyday cleaning routine, failing to catch a lot of the extra debris and dust from the painting and flooring crews. I am glad that Best Care cleaned the ceiling fans without me having to tell them; however, I would have like to seen this same attention to detail on the light fixtures, as well as the corners of the windows and bathroom floors. I also appreciate that the office staff was willing to communicate and set up my appointment via email (big plus for me.) Before any cleaning work commenced, I specifically mentioned to both the girl who set up my appointment via email, as well as in person to the cleaning crew at the house, that they needed to be extra careful with the walls due to the painting we'd just completed. Unfortunately, after the cleaning crew left, I noticed some damage to the fresh paint. I had asked them to clean the folding doors (for washer/dryer closet) even though the doors were off their tracks. During the brief post-cleaning walk-thru, one of these doors was leaning on a freshly painted wall covering a big scrape on the corner... I didn't notice it until I moved the door to put it back after they left. Nobody has been in the house besides myself, my mom, and the cleaning crew since the painters and floor installer finished their work... and I know for a fact the paint on this corner was not damaged when the construction crews left a few days before. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I scheduled a cleaning - deep clean. They did NOT do the service as…read morerequested, but they still charged me. First of all, person assigned to cleaning my house showed up over 2 hours late. Almost 3 hours late - in the afternoon. I told her to just do the regular cleaning as it was too late and we had to leave to go somewhere that evening. She said that would not be a problem. In the next day or so, I received the invoice for the deep clean amount. I immediately emailed Royal Cleaning and explained the situation. I received an email back stating that they would issue another invoice with the correct amount. Never received the correct invoice, but I did receive two more emails/reminders with the original amount. I replied back both instances stating it was not correct. Never received a response again. Nor did they answer when called. Over a month later, they charged my card the amount for the deep clean. Despite stating they would send the invoice with the corrected amount. I will be disputing with my bank. I have proof that they stated they would send the correct amount.

Carlos was extremely friendly on the phone and made special arrangements to come out to my house that day! He even gave me updates via text as to the status of the cleaners so I knew their ETA. He brought Jessica and her husband who did phenomenal work. They were even able to remove some hard water stains that I had been trying for years to remove (why hadn't I called them earlier?). Included in the cleaning was inside and outside the refrigerator and oven. Again, spotless work. They cleaned the entire house in a few hours and it looks brand new and smells fresh. I'm sure the buyer of my house will appreciate it. I would highly recommend Carlos for any jobs in the future, he really saved me today!
