It appeared as what the website and other reviewers said. I quickly made a decision to hire this vendor. Ryan and his crew arrived at the specific time, after 3 pm because of errands on a Saturday afternoon. Gave me the quote as described on the chat. They took care of the master bedroom and a small portion of tiled bathroom. He left me an instructions for drying time. I also asked about the cost for cleaning they walking closet in the master bedroom. I skipped this time because I used it to evacuate the furniture from master bedroom. Busy Bees Carpet Steamer is based in Cypress area. My house is south end on the map. They are so nice. I'm going to treat them for lunch at Chinatown next time I use the service again.

Carlos was extremely friendly on the phone and made special arrangements to come out to my house that day! He even gave me updates via text as to the status of the cleaners so I knew their ETA. He brought Jessica and her husband who did phenomenal work. They were even able to remove some hard water stains that I had been trying for years to remove (why hadn't I called them earlier?). Included in the cleaning was inside and outside the refrigerator and oven. Again, spotless work. They cleaned the entire house in a few hours and it looks brand new and smells fresh.
