Ryan and his crew arrived at the specific time, after 3 pm because of errands on a Saturday afternoon. Gave me the quote as described on the chat. They took care of the master bedroom and a small portion of tiled bathroom. He left me an instructions for drying time. I also asked about the cost for cleaning they walking closet in the master bedroom. I skipped this time because I used it to evacuate the furniture from master bedroom. Busy Bees Carpet Steamer is based in Cypress area. My house is south end on the map. They are so nice. I'm going to treat them for lunch at Chinatown next time I use the service again.

I called them up, got hold of someone on the phone on my first attempt and she had me scheduled for later that day. Ryan showed up, got my banquette cleaned in pristine condition in less than an hour and cleaned the carpet in my office which had terrible pet stains from my elderly dog. The carpet turned out completely spot-free, the odor was gone and it looked brand new. Ryan asked me a number of times if I was happy with their work and he could not have been nicer and professional. I can't recommend them enough.

In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. Side tables, top of headboard, top of office cabinet, and shelf in mud room. I also asked if the tops of wall frames could be dusted. After completion of the job,I found many more items (pictures attached) that were not cleaned properly. These are things I wouldn't think I would have to point out but that should be cleaned thoroughly by a professional service. - wad of hair in guest bathroom shower pan - layer of dust under couch (easily reached without moving furniture) - dust on feet of swivel chairs and underneath - dirt on floor between mat and door (only cleaned up to the mat) - large entry rug not vacuumed - faucets with large dirt spots in guest bath - mirror with water spots in guest bath (that I wiped away easily) - fridge in laundry room not wiped down - front of washer and dryer dirty (I think wipe down of outside of appliances was included) - layer of dust on bottom of lamp - bathroom mats not vacuumed (hair and dirt visible) - bench in closet not cleaned (dirty clear hair tie with hair on bench) - floor behind toilet upstairs dirty - faucets upstairs dirty with toothpaste - toothpaste on edge of bathroom counter upstairs - More dust on headboards upstairs Based on this list, I would not be able to ever recommend this service. After contacting the owner to make her aware of these issues I was offered a free deep clean upgrade on my next cleaning with the company. This did not help as I was not interested in using their services again. Instead, I requested a reimbursement for the same value as offered (the same amount as a deep clean upgrade) to rectify the time I spent re-cleaning my home and taking pictures of each problem area to include with my complaint. I have not heard back about this request and the owner has not reimbursed me at all. The sole reason I chose a "professional" service with great reviews was to avoid this situation all together. I am now sick about the amount I paid in relation to the job that was done.
