    Be sure to research their lawsuits below…read more My experience with Dalamar Homes has been a nightmare, both personally and professionally. As a land developer, I've dealt with many builders and I've never encountered a group so consistently dishonest, unprofessional, and unwilling to honor agreements. We entered into a contract for them to purchase finished, ready-to-build lots. Instead of operating in good faith, they kept coming up with last minute "must do's." After they ran out of excuses they refused to sign anything agreeing to a new closing date nor could they produce proof they could close on our lots. No signed agreement, no closed lots. Total disregard for ethics. After we got tired of waiting and were outside our agreed upon cure period, we terminated the agreement. This isn't an isolated incident. I later discovered multiple homeowners who've filed lawsuits, injunctions, and housing discrimination complaints against Dalamar Homes. If you're thinking about building or buying with Dalamar, think again. Do your research. Be prepared to litigate and protect yourself before it's too late. I would never recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.

I have…read moreattended a couple of parties at private residences at the Terrazzo and also helped produce a pop-up retail event in the vacant main-floor retail area of this beautiful building. Both experiences were very memorable with much credit to the elegance and fabulous location. At this time, only 4 unit are left for the residential sector and that comes as no shock to me! The unit we partied in for NYE offered gorgeous floor to window views of the cityscape that made the nearly 12 foot ceilings in the unit seem miles away. We were able to catch the fireworks from the ample terrace areas too! Naturally the units are well appointed with gourmet kitchens, bamboo floors, and luxurious bathrooms. The rooftop pool is a class act that I am looking forward to splashing around while the LEED certified greeness also adds to the growing list of amenities. As a person who is still wailing and depressed over having to sell my loft in St. Louis when I moved to Nashville, I enjoy the high-rise lifestyle and am getting itch to move back into one. What better neighborhood to do so as well! The Gulch is centrally located in the city with bustling dining and shopping options to boast. Fantastic businesses such as yoga studios, grocery stores, coffee shops, and more keep opening their doors too! Bottom line: If the Terrazzo is in your price range, it's a marvelous choice to consider as your residence.

They also take advantage of you if you don't meet the terms and conditions that they already changed. And they will also take your earnest money.
