Loy Carney has a background in title law, he…read moreis a licensed attorney, and a go-getter realtor who pursued every avenue possible to ensure our house was sold. We had a difficult listing due to zoning and planning restrictions, and Loy pulled out all the stops to shepherd it through the process every step of the way, and he got us top-dollar. But his service was more than that. He took us on as a do-or-die case, pulling out all the tricks in both his realtor and his attorney bags, to keep up hopeful when it looked like it would fall through, and to do what we needed to do to put our best foot forward. I would recommend Loy Carney to anyone selling a house. I would imagine he'd do a buyer just as good a job, as he has all the connections of a seasoned veteran realtor. It's been an immense pleasure working with Angela at BG…read more I'm a long-distance, first-time investor who purchased a rental in Nashville about 9 months ago. Of the 4-5 companies I called, she was the only property manager who was 1) highly responsive, 2) willing to view the property before signing, and 3) willing to advise me throughout the rehab process. She's a very hard worker and keeps up in good faith. She patiently answered 982098 anxiety-ridden questions I had (hey, it's an intimidating experience as a first-timer, okay! :P). She also very much advocated for tenant needs while understanding my own financial capacity well, resulting in solutions that worked for everyone. I'm excited to continue working with BG. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much Angela!!

I have used Allen Huggins and the WH Properties team to both buy and sell my home in Nashville…read more Allen and the team were consummate professionals throughout both processes, and I am certain that I would not have been able to find such and sell such a great home without them walking me through the process. On the purchase side they kept me regularly updated on homes that hit the market or were scheduled to, connected me with a great local mortgage team and facilitated a smooth closing. On the sale side Allen and the team were patient with our timing and kept us informed through the process of prepping, listing and choosing the correct buyer. They listened to our wants through the process and allowed us input, but let us know if the market would support what we were thinking. In short - if you are looking at buying or selling a home in Nashville, the ONLY brokerage team you should call is WH Properties. I know my experiences would not have gone as smooth or pleasant without their support and expertise.
