They didn't realize it and called me a liar when I told them it was not the original flooring. Also told I was financially liable to get it back to its original condition. - consistently charges for fees that fall under tenant responsibility per the lease - never charged vacating tenants for damages. - failed to take any pictures when placed online for rent. Simply pulled photos from google of when I purchased the house years before putting it on the market. - a laundry list of other items in disrepair that should have been fixed, to include a leaking front door that has now resulted in floor rot.
